This was the first pleasurable auto purchase my wife and I have ever experienced. The sales team was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. We were afforded space and privacy to make our decisions without any pressure to buy. We never felt like were being up sold to something that we didn't like, want, or need. This was the best experience I have EVER had at a car lot!!! Everyone was professional and respectful especially Ken who sold me my car. There was no phony sales pitches, they were straight forward and put me into my new car in a very short time and then went the extra mile to go through all the little extras my car has. Recently my husband I moved from the Midwest to the Northwest. We decided that we should invest in having at least one vehicle with AWD so that we can enjoy going to the mountains without any problems. After going through the research we had narrowed it down to a couple of manufacturer’s. Finally, we decided to go to a local Subaru dealership in hopes that the vehicles they had there would be good for our family. Much to our dismay, it was not what I had hoped. The customer service was poor and the vehicles were just not meeting to the standards of what our family was looking for. We decided to stop into Korum Ford. Those who know me, I dislike Ford immensely. I considered Ford the “f” word of the car business. It could be because my family was a Chevy/GMC type of family or it could have been because where I grew up, the dealership there was shady. However, first impression of Korum was that they are there to meet the needs of the customers versus the quotas that they have to make monthly. T.R. Coffee showed us a couple vehicles and finally we settled on the Edge and he gave us a great experience in the vehicle. He was very thorough in the details of the car and also worked with us till the end. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a Ford within Washington to visit him and this store. They are very welcoming and are in tune with the customer’s needs.

Up to my car purchase I had test drove a number of cars and visited other dealerships. I was really impressed with the friendly service of T.R. Coffee and the other employees at the dealership. The test drive was excellent, the sale was low pressure, and the purchasing process was exceptionally easy. I would definately recommend the dealership to any friends or family looking to purchase a car.
