I came in on Saturday for a service call and ended up walking out with a new Sonata. Korum stands behind their word and I cannot find words to describe how appreciative I am of Steve, Brett and all of the rest if staff. Thank you for all you have done.

My twin sister and I were both looking to purchase new cars. We brought our father with us to field any "scary" questions, and while he was helpful, Jose made us all feel very comfortable. My sister and I had ideas of what we wanted, but needed to look around quite a bit. Jose listened to the type of cars we were interested in and took time showing us vehicles that met our descriptions. He was patient as we each test-drove the cars we liked, and helped both of us secure prices we were comfortable with. Thanks again, Jose!

A car buying experience can be very stressful and the salesman seemed to eliminate the stress and made an easy stressless experience. The Sales Manager, Steve, was very intuitive on what I was looking for after listening to everything I thought I wanted in a new car. When I got back to the dealership, he had it waiting for me right out front and it knocked my socks off! He was patient and informed me of every step we were taking in the paperwork so that I would really understand. He let Chris Kerns take over after Ian Creech and I sat down to go over the agreement. What a learning experience that was. Ian explained all my options and wasn't pushy at all when I picked and chose what I would be buying that day. Chris Kerns really took his time and explained my new car bumper to bumper so that I'd enjoy it's full potential right away. He answered all my questions and has stayed in contact with me since then to assure all my subsequent questions are taken care of. I couldn't recommend these guys more. I'm a Korum Hyundai customer for life!

I am a previous Hyundai owner and had over 200,000 miles on my car. It was way past time for a new one. I had always taken my old Elantra in for repairs or service and had always been treated well in the Service department. When I went looking for a new car I went to Korum with some hesitation because of my lack of credit. I had been through some rough times in the past few years and it cost me everything. I had a little bit of money to put down with my very worn out trade in, but wasn't sure I would be able to walk away with anything. I walked in and was met with a warm friendly smile and asked if I could be helped. I said I was looking to buy a car. Right away I was introduced to Jim Sherred. He made me feel right at home and sat down with me to show me the different cars they had to offer. Then we went outside to look. He answered all of my questions and I finally found the car I wanted. We took it for a drive and then went back to the dealership to talk about financing. I was pretty nervous and told Jim my story. Again, he made me feel at ease and said, lets just see what we can do. After a few trips back and forth with the finance department, he was able to show me some numbers I was comfortable with. I was able to drive away in a brand new Elantra Limited. Before I had went looking, I had prayed and told God I wanted a sales person that would be understanding of my situation and be honest with me and not pushy. Not only did God answer my prayer with making Jim my salesman, I got a NEW car. Thank you Jim for helping me with my experience. I would definitely recommend you as a salesman along with Korum as a great place to buy or service your car.

WE bought Two Santa Fe's from this dealership without issues. When we went in again to trade in for possibly two cars since we recently moved and needed two cars instead of one. When discussing features that I wanted on the car for me Steve Murchie asked my husband if the Woman made the decisions. My husband told him that we made decisions together, and we both decided not to go back...ever.

Steve was wonderful. He not only really made me test drive the car, but he really worked with the finance team and I to get me the payment I wanted. I am very thankful for his patience with me as a first time buyer and his ability to get me into a brand new car!

Had a wonderful experience this past weekend at Korum Hyundai. Jim Sherred was very informative over the phone and saved us a lot of time even before we got to the lot. The whole experience went smoothly. I would highly recommend Korum and especially Jim Sherred in sales.
