My Review of Korum Hyundai:
Korum Hyundai is a great dealership and I enjoyed my overall experience with them when I took my car in for service. I was able to make my appointment online and once there at the dealership, I was promptly seen by the service advisor. The service advisor was friendly and informative. The waiting area is nice and clean with the obligatory flat screen TV and magazines, but also tea, coffee, and popcorn from a popcorn machine. The service advisor provided occasional updates and was accurate with time estimates. The dealership also provided a complimentary car wash and vacuum. All of these factors give me the impression that Korum Hyundai values its customers and doesn't hesitate to ensure their customer service is top notch.

My Review of Korum Hyundai:
We had used this dealership for maintenance on my Sonata. I had wanted a Genesis since the first time I saw one and decided now was the time to purchase. Ian Creech was a very nice "car salesman" (we all know how they can be). He was knowledgeable about the car I wanted, he answered all questions I had and he made it easy for me to ask the "dumb" questions without feeling dumb. I loved my Sonata, but c'mon, the Genesis is AWESOME! Steve in finance was great to work with as well. It went quick and it was easy. Korum Hyundai in Puyallup is a great place to buy cars. Their employees are all friendly and very helpful. Tallie (sorry if i misspelled your name) in service has always been the best. Thumbs up to Korum Hyundai.

My Review of Korum Hyundai:
I couldn't have been more pleased with this dealership. Neil, our salesman was amazing. He really knew the product and made sure I knew all about it as well. He worked very hard to get us the price we wanted and didn't stop until we did. Neil and Steve, our financing person were very personable and friendly. I've never had a better experience at a dealership. Two thumbs up from me.

My Review of Korum Hyundai:
On April 28th we went car shopping & were undecided on whether that would be new or used (I think we were going to wait & see what was out there). We stopped at a couple of places & wasn’t really impressed by what we had seen. We then decided to try Korum-Hyundai in Puyallup as we had heard a lot of good things about Hyundai’s & the Korum group - plus the dealership was fairly close to home. We pulled into the parking lot and when I got out of the car I immediately met Doreen Dyer. Instead of walking around the parking lot & talking to me – surprise! – she took me inside and sat down to talk to me. What a great first impression! She asked a lot of questions, took notes and was genuinely interested in what I had to say. After about 15 minutes we went back outside & she showed me several new cars, but I was still undecided (I was kind of worried about the pricing). For comparison, she took us across the street to the used car lots. We didn’t see anything there either (although there were a lot of choices). We went back to the Hyundai lot & Doreen showed us the Accent. I fell in love with this car! I test drove a couple of models & decided on the 2012 GLS sedan. Doreen worked very hard to make sure we got a good trade-in value on my old car. She also made sure that my monthly payments worked with my budget. I would have to say that this was probably one of the best if the not THE best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Doreen is GREAT! If you’re looking for a car & wished that the salesperson really listened & cared about you – then please contact Doreen! We definitely will be back in the future & will recommend her to our friends. Thank you, Doreen!

My Review of Korum Hyundai:
I began my search for a new car at Korum Hyundai because I liked the look of the Santa Fe. The Sales associate (Joe Park) was very helpful and informative and immediately let me take a test drive. I liked what I saw but since I had just started looking I wanted to check out other makes and models. I visited several other dealerships in the area but felt that the Santa Fe and the courteous service I recieved at Korum was what I was looking for.

I have had my Santa Fe for a week now and couldn't be more pleased with my purchase!

My Review of Korum Hyundai:
Unable to locate preferred color settled for #2. Car in Portland need 1 week for delivery, still waiting.Was told a carwas in but would need $83 more. Very coincindental that it arrived about the same time as the one located was supposed to arrive. Seems strange that with all the records kept that this event occured.

Edited rating; I addressed my concerns to Alex and gave them a chance to make me happy and they all came through. I should've this done prior to filling out my original rating and you can see that the rating now is more positive which matches their efforts to satisfy.

I really should have waited to do this rating, but this final updated editing reflects my opinion. All of the people at Mel Korum Hyundai rate the highest rating that could possibly be given. They really went the extra mile. Thanks to all of you for making tis a very pleasant expierence.

My Review of Korum Hyundai:
My last car-buying experience (2004) was a nightmare. I spent the entire day in a Toyota dealership filling out paperwork, and even though I was told my car would be delivered in a week, it was six weeks before it actually appeared on the lot. I was NOT looking forward to buying a new car, but it was time, and several friends had recommended Hyundai. I left home with every expectation of driving back in the same car I'd driven in town. It didn't work that way. In two and a half hours, I drove out of Korum Hyundai in a shiny new Accent, and I was entirely pleased with the dealership and my sales representative Joe Park.

What impressed me most was the overall feeling of honesty and ethics at this dealership. At no time did I feel that advantage was being taken of me as a woman or as a senior citizen. My sales representative answered my questions in a straightforward manner and explained the purchase process as we stepped through it. I was given a fair trade-in value, and there were no "surprises" when it came time to sign the contract. The purchase could not have been easier! Would I recommend this dealership? I already have! And I love my new car. Top marks, all the way around!
