We had a '95 Pontiac Transport that we were considering replacing. We didn't feel we needed another van and really liked the look of the crossovers. So due to their safety ratings, I had been c considering replacing. We didn't feel we needed another van and really liked the look of the crossovers. So due to their safety ratings, I had been comparing the Hyundai and Subaru online and wanted to actually compare them for myself, so took my son and we went down to the dealerships to compare. The Hyundai was the winner by far as we are both over 6' tall and even the back seat offered plenty of leg and head room for us. I took my wife back to Korum Hyundai a couple days later, just "to look" at the 2012 Tucson. Dean was there to answer our questions and convinced us to "take it for a drive", just to get a feel for it. We did and it was a fun vehicle to drive, but we were still "just looking", and besides the day I took my son to look, there was a gray colored Tucson that I liked and it was gone. They had a white one (the one we test drove) and another color I don't remember but we didn't really care for either color, so we were ready to just call it a day. Dean asked if we would consider a 2013 model for around the same price as the 2012. We didn't really figure they could do that but figured it couldn't hurt to at least talk to "them" so we went in and there on the sales floor was a 2012 LIMITED Tucson in BLACK and it had everything! We brought our van back the next day and drove home in that black Tucson. That was in October of 2012 and we just love our Tucson! We keep our vehicles for a long time so hopefully when we are ready for another one Dean will still be there but I highly recommend him and Korum to anyone looking for a vehicle! More

I purchased a new Elantra a few days ago. I also purchased one in 2011 from the same salesman, Joe Park. I went back the third time and found it to be a humiliating experience. I won't go into all the negative details, but there were many even though I was a third time customer. Needless to say I was hesitant to even try another dealer. In both 2011 and 2013 Joe Park has been the best salesman I have ever worked with. He is respectful and professional. He listened to what I needed. He did not pressure or embarrass me. He did not try to sell me something I couldn't afford and respected my top payment limit. He spent a lot of time with me explaining the features of the car. Throughout the years since I purchase the first Hyundai he has kept in contact. He made buying a car a pleasant experience. I spoke with Joe a couple times on the phone explaining to him what I was trying to do and what kind of car I was interested in. By the time I got there the next day the papers were ready and the car was waiting. It took less than an hour and I was on the road in my new Elantra, which I love! I felt like he genuinely shared in my excitement about the car purchase. I cannot say enough about Joe AND the dealership. The finance department was also very professional and respectful. The person I worked with NEVER made me feel inadequate because I wasn't interested in "add ons" or because of my less than perfect credit. Even this part of the deal was very stress free and pleasant. It is obvious by all the staff that this dealership regards customer service very highly.
