Kraft Nissan...THE WORST DEALERSHIP IN TALLAHASSEE!! I purchased a 2013 Altima in Feburary 2016. My Air compressor went out in August 2016! Go Figure! The service department was very rude! I called and e I purchased a 2013 Altima in Feburary 2016. My Air compressor went out in August 2016! Go Figure! The service department was very rude! I called and explained my situation to Gary, who works in Serivce, and he told me to bring in my vehicle in and they would check it out. I set up an appointment and I was selected to work with Kristy. She asked for my keys and walked out of the room. She came back in the room and got on the computer. I asked her am I being charged for this service, her reply "Yes, 89.00 for the diagnostic!" I'm sitting there like Gary didn't discuss a diagnostic fee with me! I told her to bring me back my keys because I refused to pay a fee when I am paying for an EXTENDED WARRANTY on my car Every month! Come to find out my warranty covers an air compressor, but the fact is NO ONE was going to tell me I was being charged $89 until after the fact smh!! When I purchased my vehicle I didn't realize there was no owners manuel in there until the Compressor when out. The same day (Aug 2016) I went for my "service" to find out what was wrong with my AC, I requested a owners manuel. The employee told me it would take 10 days before I could get it. Let's just say it's been over 10 days and I'm STILL waiting for them to say the manuel is ready for pick up! HORRIBLE...KRAFT NISSAN!!!!! They are Crooks and don't care!!!! More

KRAFT refused to provide documentation for diagnostics, or a written explanation, to support their recommendation to replace starter, cost $675, in her 2004 NISSAN PATHFINDER. Refused to accept any responsibility for unnecessary expenditures and inconvenience caused as a result of their recommendation. Admitted verbally they did not check the battery, even though it was listed as having been checked on her invoice. Withdrew their offer to refund diagnostic charge of $96 when she requested supporting documentation. Seems battery was bad all along. Imagine what might happen to you if you purchased a car from this dealership, or took your NISSAN in for service or a problem??? More

The installation turned out to be far more difficult than I had thought. Seth Robertson and Simon Ince took the time to install the box for me. They were both extremely pleasant. Seth and Simon are a credit to Kraft. When they were finished, Seth brought the truck to me in a timely fashion and, again, was very pleasant. I appreciate their professionalism and their dedication to their customers. More

I recently lost my spare key to my Altima, and called Kraft to set an appointment to get it replaced. I went in on a Thursday and was informed they would not have time to cut and program a new key that day, so Cole Harrell set me an appointment for 10 a.m. the next day. I arrived to my appointment, waited for an hour, then was informed the key was out of stock... why didn't they check that the day before while I was there? Regardless, Cole said he would call me when the keys come in and said it would be the beginning of the week. I waited over a week and never heard back. I decided to call Cole, and he said the keys were in, but blamed the Parts Department for not telling him they came in. So he made me another appointment (3rd one) for the next Friday. I got to my appointment at 2 expecting it to take a short amount of time as I was told, and assumed as I was just getting one key. However, after 2.5 hours Cole came to me and said I had to pay out of pocket for the key until the key insurance company I use paid them. I agreed to pay after he told me I would be paid back the following day (Saturday) once the insurance paid them. I waited until Wednesday and never saw the money back in my account. I called Cole to let him know, but he assured me he submitted it. It did not show up in my account until the following Saturday. Transactions are immediate, which shows me he did not credit me back as soon as he said he did. After a 2 and a half week process, I finally got my spare key made. The only reason why I rated them 2 stars over 1 is because of a couple of times I had decent service there in the past. However, the good times do not outweigh the other bad experiences I've had there. More
Service and the 30 minutes or its free! Mr. Chris Kraft politely explained that he cannot do 30 minute oil changes and why. Nissan puts out flyers that say 30 minutes or its free. A lot of dealers are telling Nissan stop it we need more time. Mr. Kraft said service needs ruffly 45 minutes to change oil, check the system, fill fluids, and test it. So be patient at the dealership and Kraft will do a great job. More

Dropped my Nissan Altima for the $89.00 Detailing they concentrated on the bugs they did not do the sides or the rear of the Car. The inside was still the same.me So hat did I pay for if you did not do the sides and rear and no detailing inside so what did I PAYTHE $96.00 FOR. Very unhappy with SERVICE. I bought my car from this dealership back in '08! Never once have I had a problem with them. They remember me every time I walk in the door. Just awesome customer service. They fix things under warranty without being asked and just treat me great! There is nothing bad about this place. They take care of their customers and reach so far as to rent them a car if needed at their own expense so that you are able to get around for the day (this is of course if your Nissan is under warranty). Everyone there is just very friendly and has a great attitude. Its especially nice when a company realizes that you are loyal to them and does little things to show you that they appreciate your business. I work in the hotel industry, and I know customer service. Kraft Nissan has it down right! Its a real honor to be part of the Kraft Family. More
