My trip to the dealer was to purchase a new truck while their I had my Edge serviced. Bob was very helpful and willing to do what was necessary to get the truck I wanted he was patient with us and did not their I had my Edge serviced. It was going to be a few hours and it was after lunch so he offered us a loner so we could get lunch and pick up some supplies.
