Was a great experience at the Dealership there was no high pressure sales pitch. Contact was started online and proceeded to a phone call, finished with meeting in person and finally writing up the deal.

in the search for a used car i have been to many other dealers in the area of jackson & ann arbor & lansing mi. and i can say that my experience has not been satisfieing that i would recommend the other dealers that i have visited . until i recieved a call from MIKE LAW at Lafontaine cheverolet in dexter mi. i was searching the web. and got a call from mr. law he ansewered all of my questions . so i went in to dexter lafontaine cheverlot and he was the most polite sales man i have delt with in my search for a used auto for my wife he showed me numerous vehicles and recommended a car that fit our needs. they gave me the best trade in value and a very fast closing on my purchase i was very satisfied and i have recommended this dealership and i will tell every body that asks me how MR. law & the managers at lafontaine cheverolet made my purchase simple and easy in a timely manner . My Review of LaFontaine Chevrolet:
For the last 38 years I've drove only 70's cars, so it was a bit of a learning curve when looking at the newer cars . Mike was very friendly, patience and extremely helpful as I when though the process of juggling price, condition, year, make, and model trying to deceide on a car. I finaly chose a 2011 Impala. I could have bought this car anywhere and had test drove other cars at other dealerships. But I was drawn back to Mike and his ability to work with me on any lingering concern that I had about purchasing a car. Mike made sure I meant Tom Dutton of the service dept. and sent up my 1st maintenance appointment, this way I would be comfortable right from the start when servicing the car. Even after the sale Mike went out of he way to find a extra sent of keys, and solve or anwser my questions that have come up. I would and will recommend to my friends Mike Daley and LaFontaine.

My Review of LaFontaine Chevrolet:
For the past 14 years I have purchased all my families vehicles (approx. 7) from the same dealership with the exception of 1 which my wife purchased. I recently went back to that dealership and was treated like a number vs. a loyal customer. I was in the market and buying but it wasn't going to be from that dealership again. I decided to try my luck driving from dealership to dealership to see how long it would take to get that warm and fuzzy feeling we all like to have when spending thousands on a new car. I found that when I met Mike Daly at LaFontaine in Dexter. Mike and I had a very frank conversation about my expectations and Mike exceeded every one of them. Since purchasing the vehicle Mike has went even further to call and see if my wife was surprised when I showed up with the vehicle. His professionalism and attention to detail has earned Mike all my future business and I will gladly continue to pass along his contact information to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. It's good to know there are still salesmen out there that pride themselves on customer service and treat people the way the deserve to be treated. It's my hope this will get passed on to a person who can shake Mike's hand as I did and say thank you because this dealership has an exceptional employee that needs to be recognized.
