Worst new car purchasing experience of my life. I did not mind the vehicle delivery time was pushed back twice, but the oversell of the aftermarket items was horrible. When I wanted out of the windshield protection because I was misled ion the price, I was told it could not be changed. I was told the product was already applied just 20 minutes into the sales process. Fact is, the windshield coating was never applied, and I wanted out before signing the contract. I advised the dealership that the product was never applied, and it still is not two months later. Just a total rip off by the finance person at the dealership. Then I had to wait a month for the license plate and the second key to be sent to me. More

We drove 50 minutes look at a specific vehicle they had on the lot. Mike Martin greeted us as we walked in, and he quickly got us setup for a test drive. After the test drive we noticed there was an issue with the back window, I brought it up before discussing the purchase, they were willing to ensure that it was fixed and would accommodate even after we purchased. While my wife and I discussed the purchase, we were also interested in the MachE and had never been in one before. Mike was happy to take the time to let us take one out on a test drive. Mike was not pushy at all, even with it being at the end of the year, he gave us the time we need to make a decision. We told him we needed a night to sleep on it. Mike followed up with me the next morning and we finished putting the deal together via phone calls and text messages. Before signing any paper work, Mike made sure we had all work written in the contract of the deal to ensure that they would fix the window issue even after we took the car home with us. Mike kept following up with me via text and scheduled their drivers to come pick up the car and take it back to the dealership after they got the part in stock. They were thorough in finding the issue and tried a few options to fix it. They only had the car a few days, and returned it to me back at home with the back window in proper working order. Overall it was a good experience. I have purchased many cars over my lifetime, with the last few being brand new cars which we were able to accomplish mostly online before arriving where we spent no more than an hour. With this being a used car, we did spend 2-3 hours the first day while we looked at the car, getting the quote together, and spending time deciding. Plus, another 2-3 hours the next day we came back to purchase and sign for the vehicle. Even though they were pretty busy with many people purchasing vehicles over those two days, it was pretty easy process. More
