Bought Silverado from there and the experience was great randy my salesman was very professional. Had to bring the truck back because of transmission and it took longer to fix then expected and was very up randy my salesman was very professional. But despite me being angry with them they assured me that the process with the warranty takes time and it will be fixed asap. Jim in service was very calm and professional the whole time I dealt with him. The owner got word of me being upset and called me personally to assure me that he cared for me as a customer. That surprised me as I never had a dealership or owner for that matter take the time to do that. Every one I spoke to on the phone including the service manager was also very calm and explained everything to me. All I can say is they made a man who has been ripped off by past dealerships and afraid to bring my vehicle to even get service by a dealership into somebody who actually trust a dealership for there service on a vehicle. Well done team at delahanty Ford!! More
GREAT customer service in the Body Shop Had a fender-bender, hit by someone not paying attention. Went to Delehanty, worked with Ken Holleman in the body shop. Quick Fix Fail Bought a used Avalanche. 3 days after purchase, I got a stop engine light. I felt that this was ridiculous since I had just purchased it, so I called Bought a used Avalanche. 3 days after purchase, I got a stop engine light. I felt that this was ridiculous since I had just purchased it, so I called them. They said they weren't responsible for after purchase problems but they would look at it. Dealer told me it was an emissions problem and it was taken care of. Right after that, we drove the vehicle to Pennsylvania, and on the way home, got another stop engine light, followed by an oil light, and the oil pressure indicator dropped to zero. Since it was late in the evening, we had no choice but to stay the night in a tiny town off I-80 and deal with it in the morning. Next morning, started it and pressure was back to normal, but, dropped to zero again after about 10 miles. Located a Chevy dealership and took it to their service shop. They said it was again an emissions problem. They replaced a sensor and purge valve. We explained what had happened at Delehanty. They said that most likely, they had just re-set the engine light and had not fixed the problem. I don't doubt for a second that, that's what they did, to get me out of their hair! More

I brought my car in for service based on a letter I received from Ford regarding a recall notice for the throttle body. They refused to look into it stating that they will only if the light is on my display. It wasn't, so they dismissed me and the letter. I asked them to look In their computer to see if I had previously brought my car in for the throttle issue and they would not. I went to Lasco ford in Fenton and they took immediate care of the issue and said I will be getting a $100.00 refund because I had previously paid to have this issue serviced in the past. Thank you Lasco Ford! More
Brought my SUV in for an engine service, came out with a NEW engine (supposedly). Came out with more problems than it had before the service.
