I would put a zero, but I can’t. We were just there at 6pm and found that they ran our credit 9 times each. But since those hard credit pulls happened it totally tanked our credit and we are screwed. I trusted Sean to have my back we I told him I only wanted it ran no more than 2 times. He said no problem and would tell the finance manager Christian. I’m not sure if he ever talked to Christian about it. So stressed and upset now. We don’t know what we’re going to do about the house situation now. So much for FAMILY. all they want is a paycheck Update 07/10/23 Calling the number that they gave me and nobody has called me back. The number just rings and rings and rings and nobody has yet to call me back or Matt has decided just to not call me back. Very sad. UPDATE 07/18/23 Still go no phone call from Matt. I called is number 2 dozen times and not 1 answer. PEOPLE if they request for you to contact Matt you will NOT get your issue resolved. This is very sad that this dealership will not contact someone. All they treat you as is a number and paycheck. Other than that they don’t care whose lives they mess up. As long as they get paid that’s all they care about. This dealership is the definition of a “Used car Salesman stigma “. If they want this review down then they need to contact me ASAP More
I recently went to dealership to look at a car I was interested in buying. Upon arrival I was met with the salesman. I did extensive research on the car prior to coming and pointed out that the dealersh interested in buying. Upon arrival I was met with the salesman. I did extensive research on the car prior to coming and pointed out that the dealership listed a car mileage incorrectly. After test driving, my mother and I returned to ask for the prices. As my mother was walking around to look at floor models, 2 other salesmen eyeballed her down to the point she was intimidated. After I asked for the out door price, I wanted the salesmen to know there are other vehicles with lower miles and lower price available, and I was wondering why that particular car was marked higher. He immediately gave me attitude and told me that he can’t even sale me the car because it’s no title. I was profiled right away. I do not recommend this dealership. The customer service was the worst dealership I’ve ever step foot in. As a military veteran looking to buy a car I can’t believe the service I received as though I wasn’t worthy of being there. Do not go to this dealership! More

Choose Garrett of Livonia! Buying a vehicle can be soo stressful and overwhelming, but I know now that it all depends on who you do business with. I wasn’t easy at all, but Garrett made sure that I was comfortable and he was open and honest about the whole entire process which I appreciate. He set up a game plan with me that didn’t stop when I signed the deal, but a deal that would help me in the long run and it’s what I needed. I appreciate Garrett taking the time and understanding what it was I wanted and needed and not rushing anything for me. Friday I went in to meet with Brandon Kaplan looking for a Sorento since I was told that employees could cross-sell. Through our text conversation and when I came in, I told him that I was interested in So a Sorento since I was told that employees could cross-sell. Through our text conversation and when I came in, I told him that I was interested in Sorento and wasn't interested in VW. When I got there I told him I wasn't really interested in a white car but eventually told you I was. I also told him I was interested in a 3rd row but it wasn't mandatory. The only reason why I came in was because earlier in the week I saw that Kia has 2 Sorento's online, one was red and one was white, well it appears the red one had sold before I came in and that;s why I changed my mind about wanting a white truck. During my visit Brandon were searching for trucks and again I brought up the Sorento and he never showed me one so I assumed he didn't have one in my price range but kept steering me towards the Tiguan. Well Saturday morning, my youngest daughter was trying to find the Tiguan I just bought online to see if it had remote start and came across the same white 2019 Sorento that I was interested in. This made me think that you intentionally steered me toward the Tiguan. Later in the day I was trying to load my daughter and her friends into the "suv" only to find out that the 3rd row couldn't fit teenage girls. Also, I noticed that this Tiguan isn't really a "suv" in size when it was parked next to my neighbor's Ford Fusion. If I would have know that the 3rd row wasn't usuable for teenage kids and that you did have the Sorento in stock I would have never got this Tiguan but once he ran my credit I was kind of stuck getting a car there. I truly regret trading in my 2013 Ford Explorer for this "suv" which is more or a car than truck. This is the first and last time I will ever do business with Lafontaine. More
