Not Very Happy I went to this dealership, because I had heard great things, and they had a car that I wanted. The car was overpriced, and they didn't negotiate at al I went to this dealership, because I had heard great things, and they had a car that I wanted. The car was overpriced, and they didn't negotiate at all. I gave them all my info for financing, and I spoke with the bank who would be financing. I made it clear I was not interested in paying anymore that $275-300 a month, and that was at the MOST. I was then called and told to come pick up the car. They never told me anything about how much it was or anything at all. Just "everything is all good. Come get the car" I get there and they take me to an office room to talk about financing options. They stated that the only thing they could do for me was take $220 out of my check bi-weekly, or $420 monthly. (keep in mind I stated that I could absolutely not go over $300.) My credit is bad, so I understand finding financing would be hard, but they didn't take anything I said into consideration, and they would absolutely not work with me in finding a resolution. I asked if I could try through a credit union, and they stated not with my credit score. They then showed me a cheaper car which was absolutely not something I was interested in. I ended up leaving, and then they called me the next day to see if I could get a co-signer. They then proceeded to call and email me almost everyday. Well, I went to another dealer, found the same car, they negotiated with me, and got me into contact with a credit union who approved me. My payments are $175. I am sure if my credit score was different, my experience would've been a lot better. I understand options were limited. But I do wish that it wouldn't have been so rushed, and I wish they would've worked a little harder to help me get what I wanted. I was a little disappointed. More

Went to see if I could qualify for car lease, gave Matt my info. I'm disabled and on fixed income. Then Matt sent me in to see Chris. Also registeted the car in my name and ordered plates. Gave me key and sent me on my way. I asked Matt what I should do if I got pulled over with out plastic drivers license. He said to tell them at court and they could look it up. The paperwork was falsified to show my income as higher than it is. Shame what some people will do to get the DEAL. Be careful! Especially if your mentally disabled like I am. More

I tried leasing a car for the first time and ended up going with lafontaine vw. I later realized leasing wasnt for me and the car was too small anyway. Unsatisfied, I went back to Josh and him and Jere going with lafontaine vw. I later realized leasing wasnt for me and the car was too small anyway. Unsatisfied, I went back to Josh and him and Jeremie ended up putting me in the bigger model passat and trading my lease in with the rest of its payments rolled into my new finance payment which only came out to be $30 more than my lease payment and now it goes towards owning it! They hooked it up and fixed my costly mistake. Rock on More
