We were on vacation and our check engine light came on which stopped us almost dead in our tracks abour 650 miles from home. The experience started off on a high note with the Service Advisor, Gary, and it never went down from there. Even when Gary was not available all the other Service Advisors were able to help me quickly and efficiently. The downside was one of the failed parts was not in stock. The upside is that Jose (Service Mgr and a Marine) along with his part dept and auto maintenance people, did everything they could to get us back on the road asap, which was a 3 day stay in a hotel close by. It could have been worse had it not been for Gary and the other Service team members working together to get us back on the road. THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU!!!! More
