I have owned 2 Volkswagens in the last 5 years. My first car was purchased from another dealership, but was serviced exclusively at Lakeland VW. My experience with Brian and Josh made sure that when it was time to purchase another VW I stayed at Lakeland VW. My new car was purchased and will be exclusively serviced by them. Josh is always very personable, remembers his customers and their preferences, and is knowledgable about the work being done. He is always quick to respond or keep my informed with the status of my car. Josh has made Lakeland VW the only place I trust for my VW vehicles. More

A cover for a small door light had come off, and the wires were dangling out. I arrived at the Volkwagen repair place, thinking it would cost me for the part and time and labor charges. I asked Joshua wires were dangling out. I arrived at the Volkwagen repair place, thinking it would cost me for the part and time and labor charges. I asked Joshua to help me start the process, and he looked around, found the cover that had fallen under the seat of the car, and replaced it with no problem - and with no charge. What service!
