My initial visit in September 2023 resulted in: Vehicle held 6 days for a battery replacement No proactive communication No loaner vehicle provided Out-of-pocket rental expenses due to lack of timeline clarity Warranty not submitted until several days after drop-off Due to this experience, I avoided returning. In March 2026, I contacted the dealership regarding a possible battery warranty. Instead of assistance, I encountered: Incorrect information from staff A service advisor who was dismissive and unprofessional Repeated denial that I had ever serviced my vehicle there (despite valid documentation) Being transferred to unavailable personnel No return calls from management despite multiple voicemails No follow-up even after escalation through Land Rover USA After 3 days, I received an answer indirectly through corporate—not the dealership. This reflects a serious breakdown in: Record keeping Customer communication Staff training Management accountability This experience does not align with the expectations of a luxury automotive brand.
