Overall, my experience with LRHN was quite mixed. However, my enthusiasm took a downturn when the manager pushed for an extended warranty packages. Upon declining, the attitude of the staff, particularly the manager, shifted noticeably towards arrogance. It's disheartening when a pleasant interaction turns sour due to pressure tactics. Furthermore, the promised complementary full tank of gas, car wash, and seats cleaning were not included during the car inspection. This inconsistency between promise and delivery left a sour taste in an otherwise satisfactory experience. In conclusion, while I appreciate the good aspects of my experience with LRHN, such as excellent service and quality cars, the pushiness towards purchasing extended warranties and the failure to fulfill promised extras post-inspection were significant disappointments. I hope the dealership addresses these issues to maintain customer satisfaction in the future. More
