I recently purchased a 2021 Mercedes. What I thought was a great deal (price and mileage), turned out to be my worst car buying experience. There was a heavy vibration in the vehicle when I was driving home at a high speed. Decided to take the car to a credible source for inspection. The findings were alarming. There were vital missing pieces under the vehicle that connect the axle and base of the car. I was told the car should’ve never been sold it that condition for safety reasons. Took the car back to Land Rover to get fixed and was given a loaner. I don’t live around the corner. This is a hour and 45 minute commute. I chased this dealership for missing paperwork, updates on my vehicle. They bear the name of an Elite dealer but operate like a random roadside auto group. They made zero provisions for the inconvenience they caused me. I’m still waiting for a part that’s on order. When I did my research, I was told I can get the part in two days as it is in stock at an Orlando dealership. It’s been two weeks and counting, I’m still waiting. Customers are numbers when they walk through the doors of this dealership. They have zero customer service etiquette and don’t seem to be concerned with customer satisfaction. Do not be swayed by pricing. Do your research and spend your money with a dealership whose actions match the elite name they bear. More

I’ve had a nightmare with my purchase. Purchased a 16 Yukon Denali, left it for a week to get service completed because I told the sales rep I felt a judder at every shift point even thoug Purchased a 16 Yukon Denali, left it for a week to get service completed because I told the sales rep I felt a judder at every shift point even though I could only drive up to 40mph on their route and the rear driver taillight was out. About 2 weeks later I’m planning on picking up the vehicle and coordinated to be picked up but on the drive back to the dealer as the salesperson was driving, there was a horrible trans judder. I had not taken delivery at that point and asked to speak with the sales manager to cancel the deal but was talked into leaving with it after being comforted about their reputation with Lithia Motors and how they stand behind their product. I made sure to let them know I would keep the deal if they covered and fixed the judder. Came back twice before a Trans flush done which was just a bandaid. Judder came back and after leaving it with them for a month and taking it to GMC, we find out it needs a new transmission. It’s been a total of 3 months lost waiting for a resolution. I’ve made a total of 6 2-hour trips and have been very understanding but now I’m being stuck with the bill. Either I lose $12k to trade in or I lose $6k-$7k to fix after only having it for a few months. More

This has been the worst experience in my life pertaining to an automobile. I purchased a 2017 Jaguar F-Type and purchased their “top of the line” extended warranty. In 20 months and as little as 13,300 miles drive time my car has been at my local dealership 8 times for repairs and a combined total of 5 months. Each time this car broke down it was a struggle to get the warranty company to approve the claim resulting in a delay of the repair. On one occasion it took 31 days and on the most recent occasion, 3 months before the claim was approved. During the most recent situation, due to the struggles to get the claim approved and the length of time without a vehicle, I felt helpless, so I reached out to my sales rep for assistance/ guidance. He put me in contact with the warranty sales rep who assured me he would assist and get back in touch with me as soon as possible. I never heard another word, so I followed up with additional phone calls and emails to them both. Once again, no response from either. Then I reached out to the sales manager, the service manager, the Lithia manager, and the General Manager. Not one person returned my phone calls or emails. Not one person tried to assist. They do not stand by their vehicles, warranty, or the customer. I will never purchase another vehicle from Land Rover of Orlando as long as I live. More

Matt Yate was a referral from a friend whom has purchased vehicles from him in the past. I called Matt and he was very accessible and helpful. I have been with Audi for years and this is my first Land Rover vehicles from him in the past. I called Matt and he was very accessible and helpful.
