I love the service department at Landmark Ford. I take both my 97 F250HD and my 04 Lincoln Town Car to Victor. I always have my vehicles returned clean and running perfectly. I just had the 60K service do both my 97 F250HD and my 04 Lincoln Town Car to Victor. I always have my vehicles returned clean and running perfectly. I just had the 60K service done on the Town Car and I think that it runs better now than when it was new! Keep up the great work. More
I was SO IMPRESSED with this dealership!!! A bit of I was SO IMPRESSED with this dealership!!! A bit of background; I was travelling from Missouri to Portland to reestablish a home. One night in Por I was SO IMPRESSED with this dealership!!! A bit of background; I was travelling from Missouri to Portland to reestablish a home. One night in Portland I lost the keys to my 2011 Ford Mustang GT. After the initial panic, I started calling around for price quotes. Most other dealerships wanted to charge $200-$250 to replace both keys and reprogram them (standard practice). After explaining to this dealership that I was a starving student, they passed me on to Scott who gave me some options! This was the first thing that impressed me. Instead of just trying to sell me what they could, they worked with me. Scott explained that there was a key they could produce (2 of them), including programming, all for around $110! This was half the cost of the other dealerships! Of course the keys wouldn't have all the fob buttons, but that's OK, I was alright with that. The point is that the dealership worked with me to understand my needs, and came up with an affordable solution. Then I remembered that I had a small, fireproof safe in the trunk. I thought I might have my spare key in there; I was 50/50 on it. I asked Scott if there was any possible way we could first try to break into the trunk, and see if the key was there, in the safe...... Which we would also need to break into! After only about 30 minutes in the waiting room (without a scheduled appointment), to my ASTONISHMENT Scott came out to greet me; with my safe cracked open and my spare KEY!!!!!!!!!!!! The total cost of this service - $2.99!!!!!!!!! They had to charge me for the "open door replacement key part". Other than this, no service fees or extra costs. These guys REALLY went out of there way to help me out when I needed it most!!!! Thank you so much Scott for ALL OF YOUR HELP, professionalism, and understanding!!!!! HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I don't care if it's a few extra miles for me to drive to this dealership! They have earned my business and I will be coming back for all of my service needs for years to come!!!! More
My visit to the service department exceeded my expectations. I was able to go after work so that I didn't have to take any time off. Their hours are great and their service is great. My ford expedition had a full service done in where some dash lights were replaced. The repair team missed one light and promised a fix at no cost. After an experience in which myself and my son felt was ha dash lights were replaced. The repair team missed one light and promised a fix at no cost. Wow! What service! I got a flat tire on the morning of May 18th and went directly to Les Scheb for repair where they told me I would have to replace all four tires because my Ford Flex was an all wheel dr May 18th and went directly to Les Scheb for repair where they told me I would have to replace all four tires because my Ford Flex was an all wheel drive. A $1,000.00 later I left the shop in total disbelief that I had purchased a car that would need new tires every time I got a flat. Later that afternoon I called Ford just to double check with them that this was really the case. Steve(I think) in service took my call, he looked up my records and last check up. He said that my tires were fine and I could have just gotten one new tire. He told me if I could return the tire that they would take care of me and boy did they! I was able to return the tires and by 5pm was at the Ford service department with my two boys in tow. I met Jered Billings who told me that they had the tire I needed and would be able to get the car back to me that night! He had service take my boys and I home while they worked on the car. Later that night when he called to say the car was ready he said he have great news, he had told his Manager what I had been though that day and Ford was going to cover the cost of the new tire, free of all charges! What a happy ending to a very long and exhausting day! I know where I am going the next time I have any car issues!! Thank you Jered!! Kimberly Rodman-Chebuk P.S. I have been going to this dealer since Lincoln Mercury dealer wss closed . It is an outstanding dealership in handling of regular service and making sure that things are taken care of when they need to b dealer wss closed . I have owned 3 lincolns since 1985 and this 2000 Continental has been a superd auto. I have 135000 miles on it and it no doubt will last another 100000 miles. More
