Not having an alternate ride, I opted to wait while the recall was performed and added an update notice received on the day before the appointment. I will never go to this place again because of their dishonest/greedy tactics. I dropped off my Honda for a service issue related to my brand new car battery needing a jump start repeatedly. I don't wan dishonest/greedy tactics. I dropped off my Honda for a service issue related to my brand new car battery needing a jump start repeatedly. I don't want to write a whole novel, but to summarize - they tried to charge me $356 for an extremely simple job that didn't even fix my problem in the first place, and they didn't get a confirmation from me before "fixing" my problem. David Mendez was my service advisor, and he's really good at smiling in your face while trying to take your $$ to make his mechanics happy. The crazy thing out of all of this is - my Honda's HandsFree Link kept drawing power from the battery which was causing it to die, to which Honda said they had to go through a whole ordeal to "reset"...well, come to find out, I had a relative go in my car, find the HandsFree Link device to the left of my steering wheel, and unplug it. My car has been great ever since. I should have never paid a penny, especially not the $220 for a 2 second job. I also interacted with a man named "Mo" at the front desk, who entered in several important pieces of my information incorrectly in the system, such as my mileage being entered at 27k instead of 180k, and my entire address being misspelled regardless of how many times I corrected him. All those guys in there are grimy. It actually makes a business MORE money being honest and upfront with their customers. More
