Had my vehicle serviced and within 30 minutes after the vehicle was received it was fully serviced and tires rotated. Very pleased with all of the services. I have taken my vehicle to this dealership on a couple different occasions for service. I was told on one occasion that I would be contacted that day by my service writer. I dropped off my vehicle at 7: different occasions for service. I was told on one occasion that I would be contacted that day by my service writer. I dropped off my vehicle at 7:00 AM. by 4:00 PM, I had not heard so I called and left a message for him. At 5:00 still no call back so I called him again. Still no answer. At 5:30 I called again and spoke to someone who wasn't my service writter. He stated that the service department was closed and had been since 5:00. He told me that he would personally contact me the following morning. Well, the next morning and no call. at 10:00 AM, I called them and the service writer stated that the vehicle wasn't done and would be done later that day. Well, at 5:00 I called back after not hearing if it was done, Spoke to someone and had their courtesy shuttle come and pick me up. Vehicle was finished but no call from service writer. Second time in, dropped off vehicle at 7:00 AM. no one was at service so I put key in drop box. I called an hour later and spoke to different service writer. He stated that my vehicle was with a technician and he would have my service writer call my by 9:30 AM. Well, its 12:30 PM and still no call. for now on, I'll take my vehicle to Brigham City which is farther out of the way but Larry Miller has become to big and doesn't care about customer service or sticking by what they tell customers. More
Let me say everyone who helped me in getting the deal was awesome they stayed with me until 10pm 2hrs after they closed and took the truck home. The next day I had buyers remorse. I realized I didn't want a $50,000 loan. The next day I tried to take it back and the finance kept trying to keep me going on the deal I finally said I want my old truck back and come to find out no bank gave me a loan yet but he said he had me in a legal binding contract on the sale so I couldnt get my old truck back. I'm not displeased with my sales man or any other person except finance very very disgusting knowing I couldn't back out and I had to go to my personal bank to finish the loan.all in all I have a very nice new truck that I could live without I won't buy there ever again due to way I was treated in finance dept. More

I had not intended to purchase a vehicle at the time of the visit to the dealership, but the employees where friendly and knowledgable of the products and services offered by the dealership that my wife an the visit to the dealership, but the employees where friendly and knowledgable of the products and services offered by the dealership that my wife and I both thought that purchasing a vehicle was the right decision. We have enjoyed the total vehicle purchasing experience from your dealership. My grandchildren were more excited about the car than anyone. on November 29th 2012 I went into the Larry H Miler dealership on Riverdale Road in Utah. I found the car I wanted and fell in love with it. it was a black 2011 touring Mazda 2. I took a test drive and dealership on Riverdale Road in Utah. I found the car I wanted and fell in love with it. it was a black 2011 touring Mazda 2. I took a test drive and was very satisfied with how it sounded and how it felt to drive it. The dealer I was dealing with name was Tyler. he was friendly and seemed sincere. then it got to the financing. I am very appalled at how I was treated. several things went wrong in my experience of car shopping. first I was given monthly payment of 375 for 72 month loan. the Mazda 2 was only 14000 with 1000 down and a 700 $ trade in. having this payment for that long means I would be paying over 20000 for a 14000 $ car. I may be a girl but that does not mean I'm stupid and cannot do math. I refused this offer. then I waited for the next offer to come along. Tyler then proceeded to tell me he could drop it to 330. again paying WAY too much over what I told him I was comfortable paying which was 230 to 270 a month. after two hours of waiting for finding a bank to finance me as I am a first time car buyer and had a co-signer with me I told Tyler I was done for the day and was getting too much anxiety from purchasing a car. he asked if I would wait a little longer. I humored him. I then spoke to Jason who told me he would drop the price to 13000 and throw in a 2 year warranty with a 8.9 % APR. this was a little more understandable and I would be able to do this and be able to sleep comfortably. I called my boyfriend Josh who was on the internet on AutoTrader.com and NADA.com to look up the value of the car and of the deal. I then told Josh what Jason told me and Josh was willing to help me through the roller coaster of buying a car. I gave my phone to Jason to speak to my boyfriend Josh in order to convince him of it being a good deal and I should purchase the vehicle. While I listened to Jason talk to Josh, the numbers I was told kept changing. it was now 16000 with the warranty and a monthly payment of 296 a month. which Josh then calculated the interest at 14 % APR with 1000 down and a 700 $ trade in . Jason then insulted Josh's intelligence by telling him he was giving me a 8.9 % APR. Josh told him he was using real math and the AutoTrader.com loan calculator telling him that Jason's interest rate was off and was 14% not 8.9%. Jason still said Josh was wrong. I could over hear the conversation and proceeded to get mad myself. the numbers kept changing and I felt like was getting the ring around with a company who advertises that they won't do so. I walked away from this 'deal'. I will not buy from Larry H. Miller dealerships now or in the future. I was very offended in how I was treated. I will not recommend your dealership to any of my family or friends or co-workers who are looking for a new car. I do have many people in my circle who are looking for cars but due to how I was treated I would not send my loved ones to a place where they will be treated like idiots who don't know math or the car values. my boyfriend Josh also has the same thought of he will not buy from your company and we will pass the word along of how we were treated to his loved ones as well.
