I had a service appointment for an oil change I arrived a little early got checked in I went to wait for the 1 hour approximate time Others than came in after me got their service appointment arrived a little early got checked in I went to wait for the 1 hour approximate time Others than came in after me got their service appointments done and left. Long story short I was there for 2 1/2 hours. I have gone here for years and am rethinking my options of returning. I left very frustrated and I also my plan to a service plan renewal was canceled by me before I left. More

Professional, responsive, knowledgeable sales team. Answered questions concerns before we arrived which helped tremendously. Kyler was incredibly helpful as was Kelly the finance manager and who Answered questions concerns before we arrived which helped tremendously. Kyler was incredibly helpful as was Kelly the finance manager and who found additional incentives after we negotiated the price. We got the vehicle we wanted and needed at a price that we really wanted. Manager was helpful and attentive as well. Kyler went above and beyond to help make the whole process as efficient and smooth as possible since we lived out of town and had limited time available. More
