Extremely courteously and pleasant to do business with. About twice as long as estimated but the waiting room had drinks and was nice overall, so I didn't mind.. About twice as long as estimated but the waiting room had drinks and was nice overall, so I didn't mind.. More
I always get really good service here and don't feel like I am being pushed to purchase things that I don't need. I am being pushed to purchase things that I don't need. More
I made an appointment on my Work van for a Service Engine and Engine warning light. Soonest was a week out. I called the afternoon before my morning appt. time to confirm. All good. I had 7:30 a.m. appt. and Engine warning light. Soonest was a week out. I called the afternoon before my morning appt. time to confirm. All good. I had 7:30 a.m. appt. but was told they may not be able to get to it because so many other cars came in before mine that morning. I reminded him that this was my work van. And he said he would do his best to get it in. No text updates until the end of the day after I asked for progress. I was told they couldn't get it in. The next day I only got a reply back after asking what status was. I was told it was moved ahead of 5 vehicles. Still not having heard anything I text, called, text again that afternoon. I got a call back it said it couldn't find anything wrong after test driving the van for 20 miles. But they got my oil change done. They offered to let one of their mechanics drive it home to Tooele and they would look at it again on the third day. I said no and picked it up just before closing that night. I'm picking it up I noticed that I now had a new service light for tires under inflated oh, my odometer was flashing now, and my radio with camera screen will no longer turn on. I called to get these things corrected and pin them down that a mechanic would work on it when I bring it in. I was basically told I would have to drop it off to get all the things repaired. That was after several phone calls and texts with my service advisor, Kyle B. Finally I left two messages with Chris, the Service Mgr., detailing my experience and concerns but it's been for working days and still no call back. I have heard the "Our mechanics are out with Covid" reasoning for over a year and a half now. That comment is logically wearing out thin. I don't like to leave a review like this but I don't know what more I can do to get attention to my issue of getting my van back from a prolonged service appointment without a resolution to the Service Engine warning message and light, to gaining three new problems, to being told I'd need to bring my work van back and leave it with them again. I understand that I have to make another appt. but what I'm asking is that when I bring it in, a mechanic is able to look at it then. My Service Advisor said he couldn't promise that. More
