I called about the specific problem for a 2002 car before the appointment and they said they could fix it. Made the appointment. Arrived and after 2 1/2 hours they not only tell me they can’t fix it and do the appointment and they said they could fix it. Made the appointment. Arrived and after 2 1/2 hours they not only tell me they can’t fix it and don’t have supplies anymore. They wanted to tell me about 3500.00 worth of problems that are now issues since I was in in October and had only driven l,000 miles. I get it the car is old. I have done all maintenance suggested in the past. I only gave it the star because the supervisor did his job and tried to give a suggestion of where to go now. I should get 5 stars for not having a melt down taking my whole afternoon. The thing that was immediately needed I should have been alerted as soon as they were aware it couldn’t be fixed. The other things were important but the car won’t die tomorrow if I didn’t fix it today. I may not bring my car back to fix and maintain it in the future or buy a new one here if this is the care received. More
