I think they're sincere and willing to make a deal in the interest of both parties. Some time It feels like the try to give a deal I don't want and I need a deal they won't give. Addison, Dakota are all good people. I hope my next car will be purchased at their dealer. More
Good Car, Nice employee, Dishonest deal The dealer manager was trying really hard to sell me the car. Him and the salesman gave me a price around 400 hundred a month. I said that I was not even coming in to buy a car and the only thing I could really afford was 300. I was already paying 260 on another car. He then offered me 350 a month, and 100 days with no payment. He told me to think about it. I also considered about it being brand new as oppose to my other car. Those were the three major things. I only got one of those three by the end of the long process. They ended up coming back, raising the price till 270. 45 minutes later they tell me I do not qualify for the hundred days without paying. At that point I had already switched insurance to the car. I'm thinking, "are we making deals we could never keep." On top of that, since my car I traded was not paid off, they said I needed gap insurance. I took it of course, but now I am paying almost 400 dollars and I did not even get the 100 days off. The whole experience was not terrible, but every time I explain these parts, I feel worse and worse about the whole deal because now I feel stuck with a 400 dollar payment without all the promises the manager made in the long process of getting this deal done. I literally just went back to give an overall worse score thinking about it. More

Beware, Don't deal with these people. Beware of these service men, they offer customers free alignment check only to ruin your car. I came to this dealer Larry Miller Hyundai Peoria to have my car checked on the engine, the service advisor is Craig Matheis , a grim unfriendly man who did the paper work, he never looked at my friendly eyes, then came a young boy name John came out of nowhere took my car for the alignment check, I did not ask for it, I told them, my car is OK, he then said, it’s a courtesy service, it’s free, then without my approval, he took the car straight to some spinning wheels looking very weird and drove my car on top of it, later he came out with a printed paper, he said my car has a nasty misalignment problem on both front and real wheels. This cannot be true, because my tires are worn even evenly on every tread, beside, my car is new. I then refused the alignment repair, I took the car home without doing anything else, I think some fishy trick is going on. When I got home, parked my car, then came an alignment check light came on from my car, it never did come on prior to the free alignment check. My car now have an alignment problem, prior to this visit, my car was just fine. Warning: stay away, do not let them fix your car, or your car will be ruined.
