Traumatizing When I decided to buy a vehicle about 13 months ago (November 2016), I looked at several dealerships and decided LM Hyunai Peoria would get my busines When I decided to buy a vehicle about 13 months ago (November 2016), I looked at several dealerships and decided LM Hyunai Peoria would get my business again. I didn't have a car therefore the sales people arranged for one of their young sales men would come pick me up and bring me to the dealership. I was very thankful for the thoughtfulness but that cozy feeling soon dried up when after arriving at the dealership. I told the young man what I wanted, my price range, and monthly payment budget. We found a car I liked and within my overall budget but within my monthly budget. I let the sales department know that I was not comfortable with the monthly payment and had decided to put off buying a car until I had down payment to help bring down the monthly payment. I sat in the dealership lobby 'negotiating' with several sales men while pleading with them to take me home. I was tired and just wanted to end what was turning into a nightmare for me. After several more hours I was finally taken home. After 2 or 3 days of phone 'haggling', the dealership finally brought down my payment enough to fit in my monthly budget. I have not returned to the dealership since my Jeep was delivered to me as I am afraid of being hassled and tormented again. I probably will never buy another car from this dealership. It doesn't appear that the young man works at the dealership any longer. More
