Service is oiustanding, used for 8 years prior to buying Trinki is a man that avoids any type of conflict- I have to this day have never been satisfied with any answers or should I say non-answers from LM a Trinki is a man that avoids any type of conflict- I have to this day have never been satisfied with any answers or should I say non-answers from LM associate as to why my invoice says one thing and my Mfg sticker has another, after a long letter to Trinki, he finally responded with a phone call telling me That the car I was charged for was a different car, but the car that was delivered was the same, at point in March he told me he would put the entire case in a letter and send to me. Since then I called a number of times and left voice messages- to hear from him I guess one has to wait till "xxxx Freezes Over".. If he had been a customer advocate, he would have compared the two invoices and seen that the dealer add ons were not the same. IE: I was charged for my tint, did not get door guards, did not get nitrogen in tires. However, I did get the paint package and the engraving. I am taking a small amount of refund in my payment of glass tint, and none installation of door guards [which I purchased myself] and tire nitrogen. Not a big Deal, but here it is Sept and this man just ignore me like I don't exist or even purchased a car. The only reason I have waited this long is my wife and myself are involved in a cancer treatment of a very good friend who is at life's end. I just looked over at the comment for the service Mgr. ( second to none) As to Trinki I could say the same except in a negative category. More than likely, I really don't expect to hear from him and I do not want to hear from one of his subordinates. I don't even want to walk the sales floors of LM, nor do I use the service, I bring my car to the new Hyundai dealer in Surprise Auto Park. I had spent 8 years in LM service with my Azera, but I just can bring myself to go to a place where as a loyal customer I was treated very SHABBY. Vic Bromberg-- in your records More
