Great purchase experience at Larry Miller Hyundai in Peoria. I purchased a used 2013 Hyundai Elantra on October 15, 2017. Our sales girl was Jenna Pauley who did a great job of keeping in touch with me o I purchased a used 2013 Hyundai Elantra on October 15, 2017. Our sales girl was Jenna Pauley who did a great job of keeping in touch with me over the 4 weeks prior to purchase, notifying me of possible trade-ins that I might want to see. She took in this Elantra on a trade that was in great condition and called me right away. When I saw it I knew this was the one for me. LHM Hyundai put on new tires and did a full repair-shop exam resulting in full certification for my Elantra. "Certified" means the car has been thoroughly checked and should not give you any problems. If something does go wrong they will make it right. There was also an issue with numbers on the sales contract and when I discussed it with the manager, Mr. Rick Trinkl, he made it right. I have waited 3 weeks to write this review to allow plenty of time for problems to arise - but so far everything is still working great. I met up with Jake Ciani, whom I reached out to via the internet, inquiring about the Hyundai Tucson. I have previously only purchased Fords, as my father is retired from a plant in the Midwest and I am able to buy seamlessly via the A/Z Plan. I was hesitant to step outside my Ford comfort zone, but a less than pleasant experience with the Ford dealership in the same vacinity, pushed me into looking at brands other than Ford. After realizing I could get much more bang for my buck, as well as the best warranty in the business, I chose the 2017 Hyundai Tucson Value Edition. It has been three days now and I couldn't be happier. The vehicle is everything I anticipated and more.
