Well Done Loren was great. Honestly, if not for Loren, we might not have purchased Hyundai. Neither I, nor my parents, were that familiar with Hyundai. Loren Loren was great. I was looking for a vehicle for myself and my parents ended up purchasing a vehicle for themselves. The negotiation process was a little harder then I had hoped for (Sales Manager). However, in the end, it was a fair price for both vehicles. The process was down to Nissan and Hyundai, and Loren kept Hyundai in the game. He was able to articulate that Hyundai had the better warranty; And, while all the features I wanted were out of my budget, he was able to present the best features to value within by budget. Even my father, who served in the military, was impressed by his knowledge and demeanor. Impressing my father is not and easy task. Once the sales process was completed, he commented to me that this was the easiest vehicle purchase process in his life. When it comes time to purchase my next vehicle, I will definitely be coming back to Loren at Larry Miller Hyundai. More

He tells me when work is needed and when it isn't; and he doesn't put pressure on me to get recommended work done right away (unless it would be dangerous not to). This visit was for an oil change, an A/C recharge, and a 3-pack fuel-injection/engine cleaning service. My car ran noticeably better afterward. The prices for today's work was competitive, especially with coupons. I plan on returning, as I have been using this service center for several years now. More
