She made the whole process simple. We did the whole back and forth thing, but that is to be expected. Working with her was like working with a friend. She was someone that I could just hang out with, if that makes sense. I walked in half intending to leave with a car. I left a happy and satisfied new owner of a 2013 Hyundai Elantra Limited.
