We drove from Idaho to Spokane to trade in our truck on a used Lexus 350 we had seen online. When we arrived, we decided the vehicle was not exactly what we wanted. Both Scott and Kim were very willing to work with us on another vehicle and searched their inventory to find us options that better met our needs. We spent the day on the lot test driving vehicles and at no time did we feel any pressure to make a decision. Scott and Kim were very helpful and knowledgeable. When we found the right car, they worked out a very good deal for us. They also both stayed late to walk us through all of the paperwork and options to get us back on the road. Overall, one of the most positive experiences I’ve had with a dealership.

Our family was looking for a reliable, pre-owned vehicle. Scott found us exactly what we were looking for in no time at all. He was very helpful answering all our questions, and we never had pressure put upon us to make a decision at any point during the transaction.

Mr. Petterborg provided excellent customer service. He took an incredible amount of time with us as we explored our options. When we finally made our decision he expedited the process and accommodated our schedules. He also took an extraordinary amount of time to help us understand all of the functions, bells and whistles in our beautiful new car!

This was my 3rd Lexus Pre-Owned purchase and have dealt with Scott Petterborg on all three. He is very knowlegable and always has a smile on his face. He makes me feel welcome wether I'm there to buy a car or stopping in for the com plimentary Hand Car Washes. From the Service Department, Management and Receptionist, it is a warm and friendly atmosphere with no pressue. I highly reccomend Lexus Spokane and Scott Petterborg.

I went to buy a new Lexus Rx350 and Eric was very good about getting back to me with pricing options and availability of cars as well as helping me even on his weekend. After i purchased the car Eric spent a great deal of time helping me figure out the logistics of the car. He answered all of my questions and seemed very knowledgeable about the car. After purchasing the car Kim helped describe to me ways to make sure that my car stayed as beautiful as it is now by offering me options that i can use on my car. She was very good about explaining all of my options and helping me to figure out the pricing of them. Overall my experience with these particular two employee's was fabulous and if i were to refer someone who was interested in buying a lexus i would make sure that they contacted these two employees.

It was a pleasure to visit Larry H. Miller Lexus of Spokane and be greeted with Scott Petterborg's warm smile and kind ways. He was very helpful without any pressure. Not only did we find out he is a golf pro but we also found out he is very knowledgeable about Lexus automobiles which was important as we were purchasing a vehicle to drive in a Canadian city just below the Arctic Circle.
