He offered me a RAV 4 that was on the lot for a very excellent price. This vehicle had everything I wanted and more, however the color was not right for me, so I did not buy that day. Ernie Palmejar explained that he could probably locate the exact color and leather combination that I wanted and offered me a great price. My wife and I decided to try the other dealers in town and see if we could find the right car ourselves... Too make a long story short... the other dealers made lots of promises but could not deliver the exact car we wanted at a fair price. I was very frustrated and felt that I had wasted a lot of time on false promises. I called Ernie the following Tuesday @ 2 pm and told him I was ready to buy. He He located a RAV 4 at a distant dealership, drove it, and personally had it ready for me @ 8 pm that evening. Virgil reviewed my credit application, explained all the paperwork, and got me an exellent loan rate. The entire experience was efficient, courteous, and professional. I went to this dealership because of its proximity to my home. I wanted to explore Bob Baker’s USED CAR options and possibly trade in my older Ford Windstar for a newer Toyota equivalent since Ford no longe home. I never expected to walk out with a 2011 Toyota Sienna but the deal I was offered surpassed my expectations. I received a fair trade-in for my vehicle and a deal on a lease that I couldn't resist. The salespeople, Richard Daverman, and Paul Sphabmixay were upbeat, helpful, and actually fun to work with. Imagine! Tracy handled my paperwork and she did it with grace and professionalism and the entire process, start to finish, was hassle-free.
