Wasn't told what an Arizona package was, but it was added to my sale and I didn't notice it til days later when I was re reviewing the contract. It was never even mentioned, you got your 1k though. Was sold a 3 piece clear bra and never told I needed to schedule an appointment to have it applied, until 2 weeks later when I went to talk about it because it was in my contract. Be sure to ask questions and take your time. The finance officer was really cool and great to work with. More

The waiting area was kept very clean and stocked with snacks and water. My service agent was friendly and helpful. The problems came with extensive waiting time not having the right parts and fixing some snacks and water. My service agent was friendly and helpful.
