This was the worst customer service that I've ever had the joy of dealing with. The 3 times had to take it for the same issue that just seemed to get worse the first 2 times. The fact that they told me they did work that they didn't do the first time and took 2 weeks to do it. The second time was 9 days to fix the work they did the first time and the work they told me they did already. That just made everything worse. The 3rd time in they had my vehicle 11 weeks! Yes 11 weeks and it took 3 and a half weeks to get me a rental car and this was the first rental out of all 3 appointments. My vehicle still doesn't seem right and now I need to find someone else to look at it after all this. The check engine light came on days after getting it back cause of something they didn't even hook back up. This was the most I ever spent on a vehicle and I feel like I only got 2 good years out of it. I will never buy from a LHM again and I would recommend the same to anyone I talk to. Thank you LHM. Went in for an oil change and was told by the technician I needed to replace my air filter as well as my brakes and rotors. I have an aftermarket air filter that was brand new and the brakes and rotors were I needed to replace my air filter as well as my brakes and rotors. I have an aftermarket air filter that was brand new and the brakes and rotors were replaced 3 weeks ago. Tired of the Utah Larry H Miller technicians telling me things are wrong that are perfectly fine or have just replaced. Happens every single time at each of the Larry H. Miller dealerships. More

I purchased my car online. George, was effective, efficient and cordial. Moreover,he delivered the Subaru BRZ to me in Heber City, about one hour away from the dealership. All George, was effective, efficient and cordial. Moreover,he delivered the Subaru BRZ to me in Heber City, about one hour away from the dealership. All done online. I applied for a loan in the morning and by about 2:30 in the afternoon the Subaru was in my possession. It was as described and without any negative surprises. Took my car for oil change and tire rotation. They said it would be about 1 hour 15 minutes but ended up being over 2 hours. They were doing some painting to update it some but they need to get new furniture too. Maybe that’s in the plan. More

Everyone is so sweet every time I come in and they always try to get me in and out quick as I always wait for my car. This last time I had three different things done and they got me in and out in exactly an try to get me in and out quick as I always wait for my car. This last time I had three different things done and they got me in and out in exactly an hour! I was so stunned. I also love that they ask if I want something done via phone so if I don’t want to do it or do it a different time I can just shoot a message saying I want it or not which is really nice!! Definitely makes me feel way like I am being listen to and not being pushed on to like other auto shops!! Absolutely love this place, also so happy to come back and see familiar faces, definitely makes me feel like I’m in good hands. More
