Worst place to take your car for any repairs. You can only get updates from one person and they are always to busy to answer the phone. I've been waiting for over 2 weeks for a manager to call me You can only get updates from one person and they are always to busy to answer the phone. I've been waiting for over 2 weeks for a manager to call me back. Also calling everyday day. Then when I finally get answers I was told 45 plus day minimum for the part to come in. So far I dropped my car off on 9-23-25 part was ordered 9-24-25. And was told they are back ordered 3000 on that one part. And they ordered 88, out of those 88 they said hopefully one will be for my car or will have to wait another 45 days. Today, 10-8-25 They double expedited it for me and got told I could get it one day earlier on 11-7-25. But no garentee. I could have ordered the same part from Mopar and got it in 2 days. This car is still covered under manufacture so no cost to me otherwise I would have ordered the part my self. If you need repairs do not come here for any reason. Go to tacoma dodge or literally any place. I will update after or if I ever get my car back. Update 10-16-25 is there is still no ETA for this to be resolved. Update 10-27-25 the repair on my vehicle is postponed from November 7 to November 29 or later. Looks like I will have to get a lawyer to git this fix. More
Had my vehicle for over a month. Failed to ever give me an accurate estimate of repair. Multiple estimates written out not a single one was accurate. From listing a refrigerant line Failed to ever give me an accurate estimate of repair. Multiple estimates written out not a single one was accurate. From listing a refrigerant line instead of a coolant line, charging for parts that were not needed, inaccurate labor rates, the list goes on and on. Stay as far away as possible. More
Had a multipoint inspection on my new to me, Ram Promaster 3500. I wanted everything on the multipoint inspection. The oil had just been changed but wanted assurance all fluids were good etc. Bou Promaster 3500. I wanted everything on the multipoint inspection. The oil had just been changed but wanted assurance all fluids were good etc. Bought thru private party. They emailed me the results and said I need my brake fluid changed for $199.00 so I did that and changed the wiper blades per their recommendation. I saw the inspection results didn't check brake pads. So I told them I wanted this as well. The van has never had break pads changed, it has 35k miles and they hand wrote in that they were new. Found this odd but ok.... then I get an email telling me I declined having cv joints inspection and a couple other critical things that were part of the multipoint inspection. I called Mallory twice and she still hasn't returned my call. I feel like this is a dealership I would be taken advantage of. I honestly wanted to start a good relationship and be able to trust that I am being taken care of. Obviously not! More
Cons: Appointment time doesn’t mean that they will begin work at or around that time. I’ve arrived for oil change appointments, only to be told they won’t be able to begin changing my oil for several hours. work at or around that time. I’ve arrived for oil change appointments, only to be told they won’t be able to begin changing my oil for several hours. I’ve been told more than once upon arrival I should just reschedule my appointment. They are utterly incompetent and will xxxx up your vehicle. They almost never have loaner vehicles for overnight repairs, but guarantee them nonetheless. They overcharge diagnostic fees for simple issues that would require no diagnostic testing for any experienced mechanic. Pros: The coffee is free. Moral of the story: Don’t buy anything from Larson. I used to take my Audi to Larson for maintenance. It was a completely different experience. Larson knows that people with money won’t put up with incompetence and the run around. But they know they can screw with regular, working people, so they do. You have been warned. More
I would strongly advise taking your vehicle elsewhere for service. I’ve had two recent experiences with this dealership’s service department, and both were highly disappointing. Not only was their ability to service. I’ve had two recent experiences with this dealership’s service department, and both were highly disappointing. Not only was their ability to diagnose and complete repairs inefficient, but I also found their pricing practices to be questionable and potentially misleading. I brought in my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee on two separate occasions. The first visit was due to a malfunctioning windshield wiper system. It took the service department six weeks to identify and resolve the issue. Throughout that time, I received no proactive communication. I consistently had to reach out to obtain updates on the status of my vehicle. Eventually, the service manager did contact me once the problem was diagnosed, apologized for the delay, and provided some cost relief, which I appreciated. Based on that interaction, I decided to return for a separate issue related to the air conditioning system. During the second visit, the service department performed a diagnostic and informed me that the evaporator needed to be replaced. The quote provided was $1,800 for the repair, involving a $132 part. With refrigerant and additional charges, the total cost came to $2,400. This estimate seemed excessive, especially for a relatively new vehicle. I sought a second opinion at a different service center, where they ran their own diagnostic. They found the evaporator to be in proper working condition and determined that the system simply needed a recharge. The total cost for this repair was $163, and the AC has been functioning perfectly since. Based on these experiences, I believe this dealership attempted to overcharge me for unnecessary work. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend others exercise caution when considering their services. More
The level of incompetence is astounding. I scheduled a recall repair. A simple mirror issue. They were aware of what parts are needed to make the repair of this recall well before I made an I scheduled a recall repair. A simple mirror issue. They were aware of what parts are needed to make the repair of this recall well before I made an appointment. ITS A RECALL. So why would they schedule my appointment and then make me wait for nearly 2 hours just to tell me that the needed to order parts? Stop wasting peoples time with your incompetence? Then the service advisor has the nerve to blame the call center. I am done with Larson. Full Stop More
**Review: Misleading Practices and Poor Customer Service** I recently tried to purchase an Escalade V from this dealership, and the experience was nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. Service** I recently tried to purchase an Escalade V from this dealership, and the experience was nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. Initially, they advertised a warranty that supposedly came with the vehicle. However, it quickly became apparent that this was false advertising, as the warranty didn’t apply to this particular car. When I pointed out that the car was overpriced, the salesperson referred me to the manager. The manager presented me with a Canadian spec sheet, claiming the car was worth over $40,000 more than it actually was—a blatant attempt to justify an inflated price that was still higher than their advertised amount. As an out-of-state buyer from New York, I was informed that they only accept cash deals for out-of-state purchases. Despite being prepared to pay cash, the manager claimed he would make an exception for me. However, things took a strange turn after I submitted my ID and credit information. The manager insisted that I find a notary to proceed with the sale and suggested sending my personal documents to the notary. This is highly unusual since, in New York State, documents are typically sent directly to the customer, who then takes them to a notary. When I shared this with my bank, they were baffled by the dealership's demands. The manager also claimed that their website stated they do not do out-of-state deals. Yet, when I asked him to show me this policy, he conveniently ignored my request. It became clear that they were not interested in selling me the car once they realized I was a well-qualified buyer from New York. He also denied giving me a contact with the finance department which seemed to be the one pulling his strings To make matters worse, my bank, which is part of their preferred network, attempted to reach out to them numerous times, only to be ignored. The manager also claimed that their website stated they do not do out-of-state deals. Yet, when I asked him to show me this policy, he conveniently ignored my request. After all this, they abruptly ended the deal without any explanation, leaving me with no understanding of why they decided to walk away. It’s worth mentioning that this car has been sitting on their lot for over four months, likely due to these deceitful practices. I’ve purchased cars out of state multiple times and have never encountered such an experience. In summary, I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership. Their misleading practices and lack of transparency are significant red flags. More

The tank has been there for over 8 years and never did that before, so I took it to Lugo's Automotive. They ignored that. Lugo's found leaks in the filler tube and fixed the leak. THE REAL TRUST BUSTER was finding out that LARSON RAM had put a cheap Napa Parts fuel filter in place of the RAM filter but charged me for OEM which is $50 more than the Napa filter. Lugo's put a RAM filter/separator on so now I'm back to the best condition. More
