Brought my jeep grand Cherokee here for a diagnosis and repair. The service advisor, signed to me, barely updated me over the entire course of the 3 weeks they had my vehicle and was in no rush to give me repair. The service advisor, signed to me, barely updated me over the entire course of the 3 weeks they had my vehicle and was in no rush to give me any answers to my questions. On top of waiting all that time for my car AND paying $600 dollars, I experienced oil leaks in my driveway when I get home. Which by the way, I’ve had my car for almost 2 years, keep up on the maintenance and am careful with driving it so of course I’m confused as to WHY my car is leaking oil shortly after it is picked up from their service department. They need to hire new service advisors that actually care about their customers and how to get difficult situations handled because they literally suck. I should have trusted the low reviews before I took my car in! Lesson learned! More

I usually do not write reviews and I always keep an open mind when I read other reviews. The Service Department has had my Truck since last year 12/22 and I keep getting excuses why it is not fixed. Not to mind when I read other reviews. The Service Department has had my Truck since last year 12/22 and I keep getting excuses why it is not fixed. Not to mention when I inquired they find more things apparently wrong with another cost. I am now into my repairs over 3,000 and still, the original wiring issue is not fixed. I plan on taking further action with the BBB. The thing is I would not have had a problem paying for more repairs if needed but it seems these new repair charges only come up when I inquire about when I can get back my truck. Which tells me someone is not certified or someone is incapable to do the service work. I would consider taking your service work elsewhere. More
I bought a used 2020 Toyota Corolla back in September of 2022 from Ryan Harding. This is the second vehicle I have purchased overall, so I would consider myself unfamiliar with the car buying process, thus, 2022 from Ryan Harding. This is the second vehicle I have purchased overall, so I would consider myself unfamiliar with the car buying process, thus, finding a trustworthy, friendly dealership to work with is of high importance to ensure my naivety is not being taken advantage of. Ryan was kind, helpful, and overall enjoyable to work with. The experience day of was positive, they were super helpful in handling the details with my bank. Upon looking over the car on the lot, a couple of valve stem caps were missing and that was resolved right away. Gas tank was a quarter full when I drove off the lot. It wasn’t until a few days later my boyfriend, who also works in sales at a different dealership, noticed the front left tire wasn’t matching the rest of the tires, and there was a crack in the sidewall. He encouraged me to contact the dealership to get this resolved as this is something he said his dealership would fix, especially since I paid full price for the car. I contacted Ryan letting him know both concerns, but they were brushed away because the tire didn’t appear to have the crack I was speaking of during their inspection. Fair…?... I drove the car from Puyallup to Bothell after the purchase was complete. The mismatching tire concern wasn’t addressed. My boyfriend was not pleased with how this was handled, but I don’t enjoy conflict, so I let it go. While my experience here was overall positive, I do highly recommend really checking every detail. I paid full price for the vehicle, but if I had paid more attention, I would have asked to negotiate the price. I have since replaced the tire out of pocket. Lesson learned. Would I return? Possibly, though, I think there are better dealerships out there that are more customer oriented. More
Was working on a deal for a new Ram Limited. They said they would give me 36k for my trade, but turned out it was only 33k. They added in my tax savings of 3k to make it 'look' like 36k. I walke They said they would give me 36k for my trade, but turned out it was only 33k. They added in my tax savings of 3k to make it 'look' like 36k. I walked. Next day I arranged for CarMax to buy my trade for 39k and went back to try to purchase the truck - only after they assured me there would be no more 'creative accounting'. Came to financing and Robert (Sales Mgr) said payments on 42k at 6.14% would be $738. The bank's own car loan calculator puts it at $700. He told me it was because car loan calculators aren't accurate and the first payment isn't due for 45 days. I walked, again. Confirmed with my bank this was fraudulent and even checked my last 2 car loans - payments matched exactly to what you get with a car loan calculator and both had defered first payments. So be armed with knowledge before you go there. I really feel sorry for all the people who don't know they are being taken advantage of. I considered working directly with my local bank branch for the loan and just bringing in a check, but Robert was already illuding to maybe not giving me the Bonus Cash I had a certificate for. I'm convinced that knowing I was now committed with a loan, Robert would have just jacked up the price of the pickup. I am turning this information over to the WA State Attorney so they can investigate their lending practices. Seriously, go elsewhere. Oh, and they wanted to initially charge me $895 for window tint. The windows are tinted from the factory. UPDATE: After I posted this review, Tony, the General Manager corresponded with me. Basically he defended the window tint but said it should have been $295 instead of $895 and they tint the driver and passenger windows. He even admitted that the Ram I was going to buy had not been tinted. So they would have sent me home with no tinting and a bill for $895. Then he told me that including the tax savings in the trade value was done to 'educate the consumer'. (There is another complaint on DealerRater for this same issue, so apparently they were properly 'educated'.) He wouldn't address the loan fraud issue at all. Said he couldn't talk to the Sales Manager about it as he was no longer with the company. I just ordered a new Ram 1500 Longhorn from Enumclaw JCDR. Got an amazing deal and absolutely zero pressure. Hope things go as well when I pick it up. More
Totally incompetent. Had my 2018 Ram 2500 diesel 3 months and never did repair a factory warranty covered timing cover oil leak. Nothing but excuses. They continued givin Had my 2018 Ram 2500 diesel 3 months and never did repair a factory warranty covered timing cover oil leak. Nothing but excuses. They continued giving me dates it would get repaired to no avail. Eventually told me they did not have the tools to do the repair and would send it to another dealer. They failed to do that as well. The don't call you. You have to call them or show up in person. If you look at their website (www.larsondodge.com) you will not find any names or info for any staff. Now I know why. Most dealerships show this under the "about us" tab. Please refer to complaints with BBB. They have an "F" rating. More
I’ll start out by saying we are reasonable, level-headed consumers and don’t thrive off of complaining or leaving negative reviews. Our salesman William ate his lunch all over our paperwork, mouth full, cru consumers and don’t thrive off of complaining or leaving negative reviews. Our salesman William ate his lunch all over our paperwork, mouth full, crumbs falling out, in the middle of selling us a car. We tried to see past this and focus on the vehicle we wanted to purchase. We traded in our cars as a part of the deal. Their first offer for our trade ins was nearly half of the actual trade-in-value so we obviously turned that down. He asked what our bottom line trade-in value would be in order to gain our business, so we told him. He then offered meet us at $1 over that number by giving us a “tax credit”. He wrote this all down on paper in front of us. Unfortunately, this was no “tax credit”. After returning home with the new car, we learned was referring to the lesser amount of tax we’d pay on what we’re paying for the new car after our trade in. There was no “credit” given. If a car costs $60k and you’re trading in $23k, you are not paying tax on the $23k you’ve just traded in. He completely snaked us and explained it would be a “tax credit” that would get us to the bottom line we wanted our trade-ins for. It has been two weeks since we’ve purchased the vehicle and not one person has contacted us back to resolve this after daily phone calls. We have made over 15 calls to the dealership and explained the situation to multiple people, only to get passed around even more with zero returned calls. We have re-explained this situation to multiple employees. We have canceled the warranty we purchased with them because we have no desire to do business with this company ever again. It is not lost on us that car salesmen in general get a bad rap for being unethical, and this company is the epitome of that in our experience. We have no faith this will ever get resolved at this point and we will do whatever we can to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else we know. More
Went in to buy my wife a Jeep Wrangler as she has always wanted one. She was diagnosed with Breast cancer over a year ago and defeated it so I wanted to give her one of her dreams. Called to confirm the status and price of a truck. Drove an hour to the dealership. Sat down to do paperwork. They went to confirm the truck (yes it was the right truck) and then the price. Even thoug Drove an hour to the dealership. Sat down to do paperwork. They went to confirm the truck (yes it was the right truck) and then the price. Even though the price I had previously confirmed was on the website, they told me that was the wrong price, and the correct price was nearly 15% higher. They asked me if I wanted to proceed with the purchase. I didn't, and I'd recommend anyone doing business with this dealership to be very careful. More
