Took my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan in to have the passenger sliding door fixed as it wouldn't open from the inside or outside. A google search found it such a common problem with the actuator failing, that it sliding door fixed as it wouldn't open from the inside or outside. I still don't know how I would tell if it the actuator is starting to fail, so I could bring it in before it fails and locks the door, causing an additional expense to open the door, to then replace the actuator? I didn't hear a clicking or groaning sound, and this van doesn't have the auto closing/opening option, just electronic lock/unlock. I came in after seeing a rig on fb. I called ahead got Mark. He was a helpful guy. I was just looking an was absolutely no pressure. We did the trade value wasn't great they worked on it we came to good terms. Wife an I left absolutely happy. We have lived in this area a long long time bought sold some rigs.
