What a great experince I had in and out on a Saturday no problem.. I drove a distance to get there but was well worth it. I had found the vehicle I was looking for on the internet and from there on it was easy. They had everything ready when I got there test drove the vehicle fell in love and signed was on the road in no time. These guys are great very fun atmospher there everyone's very freindly. Would recommend Lasco Ford to everyone!! That and there pricing is the best around.

Just an easy in and out for a used car purchase. I was shocked to see how many used cars this dealership has. Little did I know I guess they are the largest certified dealer in michigan. Good job and thanks again.

One of the easiest ways to buy a car....go to Lasco Ford. I have been buying my vehicles here for years now and I have reffered many friends and family who say the same great things. Bravo. Family businesses really are great to deal with.

We went in looking to replace another brand SUV...Our son suggested a Ford Escape...

We test drove some...picked one out...we were pretty excited that it pretty much had everything on it we wanted...it DID have a big dent in the passenger door...but our sales guy said "It's just a dent...there's no paint missing"...but we still liked it...

So...at that point, the Lasco guys went into high gear...securing financing...so we ended up driving it home...nice...we were supposed to bring a plate back on Monday (this was Sat.) to put on it...our sales guy said it didn't matter...it could be any one we had lying around...

It was at this point that stuff seemed to change...

We got on Saturday...and by Monday the Power Point (12 Volt plug)in the vehicle stopped working....the service dept. closed @ 6...but I was there beforehand...didn't matter...I would have to bring it back...(40 miles) to even have them look @ it...AND...the plate I brought wsn't current...so I would have to buy a new one...(so I did)...$67

So on Thursday evening we noticed that one of the fog lights was out...the buld broken...and the cover for the lamp broken...and apparently it had been out for awhile as there was rust inside the lens area...

I called our sales guy...guess what? Nothing they would do!! Surprise! I talked to their service guy "Steve"...same guy as before...It would cost me another $40 to have them put it in...he transferred me to parts...another $98 for the part!!

They only had 1 key for the vehicle...but if I just bring it back...blah, blah, blah...

It seems glaringly apparent that they are VERY interested in getting you to buy something...BUT...that is pretty much it!!!!!!!!

We paid top dollar for the vehicle...extended warranty...and insurance...and I'm not sure what that even means!!

I wish we would have seen the reviews on this site BEFORE we bought from LASCO FORD in FENTON...because we NEVER would have!!

Based on our experience I would NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealer!! AND...I would NEVER refer them to anyone else!

In fact, I would strongly advise AGAINST buying from LASCO FORD in FENTON!! Mainly because after the sale...our experience has been...YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN!!!!!!!!

So...pretty much like everyone else on here has stated....BUYER BEWARE!!!

A huge recovery from surrounding Ford stores! I thought I would try Brighton Ford since they claim to be the biggest and best....well I am not going back! I walked into Lasco talked to a salesperson, got quick payments they had they exact truck and I wanted and I drove away with it in less than an 1 1/2 hours. Bravo. Why can every store not be forced to be run like this one!

My Son Who Is A US Marine & Is Deployed To Iraq Located A Car Online That Was For Sale At Lasco Ford Fenton Mi. He Talked With The Saleswoman Annie Hoffman And She Assured Him The Car Was As New!! With Full Factory Warranty, My Son Got A Cashiers Check Sent To Them And Sealed The Deal Within An Hour!! I Picked The Car Up And Drove It The 120 Miles Back To My Home To Put In Storage For My Son Till He Gets Home March '09 And The Clutch Goes Out On It. I Know It Wasn't My Driving I Have Been Driving Stick Shift Cars For 35 Years. Each Rim Was Missing A Lugnut And The Front Tires Where Unsafe!! I Took It To Our Local Dealer And They Wouldn't Test Drive Because It Was Unsafe, This From A Car That She Said Was As New!!! They Told Me That Because I Drove The Car Over 100 Miles Tough!! After Some Bickering I Got The $1,500 Clutch Replacement For $250 But It Still Has Unsafe Tires!! I Would Never Recommend This Dealer To Anyone But My Worst Enemy And Then I Would Feel Bad! When We Picked The Car Up From The Repair Shop It Was Dirtier Than When They Got It, The Car Needed Gas They Charged Us 4.99 For 1 Gallon And Annie Hoffman Was Rude To Us!! So If You Do Read This And Decide To Buy A Car From This Dealership I Hope You Have Better Luck Than We Did!! My Son Is Over Fighting A War To Protect Our Freedoms While Businesses Like This Are Ripping Our Fine Young Men And Women Off.

I was suprised to see the negative reviews listed on this website. I just bought a car from Lasco Ford back in December and my experience was nothing but delightful! Everyone was very friendly and I was in and out in a very short time. I have had some credit issues in the past and I wasn't sure if there was any way I could get a new car, ever with a co-signer, but they got me approved on my own. The best part is, I'm paying less now for a new car than I was for my old piece of crap! My salesperson, Dick Rossell, really went out of his way to help me out, and Mark Wollcott, the finance manager, went above and beyond the call of duty getting my financing done. I read the other reviews about "The Lasco Boys", and after having met both Matt and Jay and can't understand why they have such a bad rap. They were both great to deal with and a lot of fun. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and I would recommend Lasco Ford to anyone. As a matter of fact, my sister-in-law just bought a car from them last week, and she had no complaints. Go Ford!

Buyer Beware!!Went to visit the dealerhship after looking for a vehicle. Seen a salesperson in the parking lot while looking for a vehicle, he couldn't tell us anything about the car however we went into the dealership to talk to someone (because we were still interested) and we wanted to give benefit of the doubt and allow and offer. We waited for an hour while they were running our "numbers"....no one ever checked on us. When he finally brought the paper work out the gentlemen couldn't explain it to us and had to get the award winning personality of Jay Lesco (obviously spoiled little son of the dealership) who said they were slammed (3 customers in the place) that's why they couldn't tell us what was going on. When we asked him to explain the finance charge and I told him I would like to know my credit report he exclaimed "well you didn't ask". Last 5 times I bought a car they explained it to me without asking?? We actually had the paperwork in front of us and got up when Jay Lesco stated "fine then don't buy your car from us".....Even if you have to pay a slightly higher price it would be well worth it not to deal with the people in this dealership!!

Phil Lasco, the owner, has a bit of an attitude when dealing with customer issues. Then there are the 2 sons, busted by Immigration & Customs Enforcement for money laundering, drug distribution, and conspiracy to distribute. The youngest son Jay can have a bit of a smart S#@$ attitude when dealing with customwers also. I found Bob the service manager totally useless in trying to accomplish anything toward a reasonable solution to anything.
