Unprofessional- I made an appointment for 1:15pm the day prior. I was notified that the used vehicle was available and would be ready for me to test drive. Upon arrival the car was taken apart in the shop a prior. I was notified that the used vehicle was available and would be ready for me to test drive. Upon arrival the car was taken apart in the shop and they were replacing the sunroof. I was told that I would not be able to test drive the car (Awkward silence) so...what is the point of being there if I cannot drive the car. I would not purchase a vehicle that I am not allowed to drive. The original person (Brandon) that I was supposed to meet with was not interested in making a sale or fixing the situation. I thanked MJ who was very helpful to his credit and inherited this debacle from Brandon. This was a horrible experience, no respect for anyone's time. I took the afternoon off work and scheduled an appointment. In addition I drove more than 42 miles to get to the dealership. It was absolute nonsense that this place operates in such a manner. More

Unbelievable! ! Told "F*** You!" and "Go F*** Yourself!" by a person claiming to be a sales manager. Found the new car I wanted on Autotrader and sent an email to t ! Told "F*** You!" and "Go F*** Yourself!" by a person claiming to be a sales manager. Found the new car I wanted on Autotrader and sent an email to this dealership. Got a call the next day from the dealership. I asked for the out the door price and received a quote via text approximately $500 more than the listed price. I accepted the offer via text and by phone and set up an appointment for the next day to drive 130 miles north to pick up the car. My call was transferred to another person who said she would make sure the car was ready to pick up and she would call me back in 10 minutes. I transferred money into my checking account to cover the full cost of the vehicle. An hour later I called back. She was busy. Two hours later I called again. The person told me the car I wanted would not be available for two weeks. I asked if the price would still be good, and she informed me it would be about $2,500 more than I had agreed to. I told her I would take it but that I might sue to recoup the difference because we already had a deal. She transferred me to a person who claimed to be a sales manager. I had the same conversation with him. I was told "f*** you!" When I tried to explain that I already had a price in writing. He interrupted with "go f*** yourself" and wanted to know if I thought I was a "tough guy." For the record I am a 66-year-old retired lawyer who does not consider himself to be a tough guy and I don't think it is possible for one to f*** themself. To me, this behavior is unacceptable in a situation where a customer has a legitimate documented disagreement over a shifting vehicle price. More
I dealt with Hayden and was very disappointed. I asked a simple question about if they had a Seltos on the lot. He repeatedly told me that the Seltos "appeared" to be there. I asked if he could go out and touch the car and come back in and tell me it was there. Again he said it "appeared" to be there. I then asked if I turned the corner and pulled onto the lot if the car would be there? He said it "appeared" to be there. I told him I did not appreciate the ambiguity and he would say nothing else. I did indeed visit the lot minutes later and they had no Seltos on the lot. I don't appreciate being lied to by Hayden. More
I was already a fan of kias. My girlfriend has driven them for year. She is on her third. Additionally, this was the was most pleasurable car shopping experience I’ve yet had. Aaron was great. What a treat to be able to drive almost an hour to see a car and find it to be such an enjoyable visit!! I worked with Stephanie Sparks, and couldn’t be happier! I was met with a lovely young woman that was the whole package……kind, polite, knowledgeable, confident, helpful, and fun. Exactly the kind of person you wish to do business with!! Honestly, she was something else. Never gave me the feeling of pushing or hurrying me, and answered any questions I may have, and I had many. Stephanie gave me all the time I needed … respecting that for me the customer, this was a big decision! I was able to leave that evening very happy I purchased from this dealership 😆. I also appreciated the others I met , a very professional group of team members. Something Stephanie provided for me was being able to feel comfortable, I felt that immediately, I was grateful for that. This dealership was so on top of things. I was pleased to find the Allstate Insurance co right inside Lawrence/Kia! I had a great visit with Michael and we ended up doing business together!
