1 1/2 hours to do an oil change is pretty drastic.
I realize that the dealership does an inspection but.... I worked in the industry so I know how much time is wasted.

Customer service sucks.
Took 5 phone calls and 4 days to get an update on my truck. No one ever called me back. Had to be lucky to get ahold of the right person to talk to.
