When I first went looking for a car I just happen to go by my local Ford dealer. Kody Lowe took care of me as soon as I walked through the door asking if he could help. Told me some of the options on different models, and we took one for a test drive. As we were finishing our conversation I realized that when I walked in the dealer was closing for the evening. Kody took care of me anyway. No word that they were closing to go home. I also found out that he took care of their on line purchases. He really didn't work the floor that often. Couldn't tell. Went home that night and talked with the wife and the next day we were back in looking for the car I wanted. If they didn't have it on the lot (which they didn't) he immediately started checking the local area to find what I wanted not what they wanted to sell. I've had my car in for regular and irregular service and the service department has done nothing short of bending over backwards to make sure we are taken care of. The owner Lisa has quarterly get together for her customers and they discuss anything from vehicle maintenance to helping people use their MS Sync. There isn't enough room to cover everything, but this is what I call customer service and satisfaction, and other dealers should take notes. More
