I was in the market for a new truck and went to Lee Nissan first talked to Caleb rice then got a call from Kevin cough where it all went south from there he told me he was working on my deal we went th Nissan first talked to Caleb rice then got a call from Kevin cough where it all went south from there he told me he was working on my deal we went threw some hoops but finance got it approved so here is the story at the end Kevin called me and told me they didn’t need my deal because they already met there quota for the month that my deal would have been a loser deal and they did t need it so they would honor the deal they had set up I was pissed so I called the gm there that didn’t talk to me like I was below the sales person Kevin found a truck that would have worked so on my way down to sign paperwork with my wife after I told the gm I wanted nothing to do with Kevin mr kevin decided to call me a grovel to me about he wanted to keep his job and worked on commissions and did not want to lose his commission on my deal and I hung up on him them got there and worked with Caleb rice good guy very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell More

When our old Nissan minivan finally broke down, we went to Lee Nissan in Topsham to trade it in. Their show room is conveniently located and has a lot of both new cars and used cars on the lot. We worked w to Lee Nissan in Topsham to trade it in. Their show room is conveniently located and has a lot of both new cars and used cars on the lot. We worked with Caleb Rice, who was a great salesman. I definitely felt like he listened to what I was looking for in a replacement vehicle and went above and beyond to put options in front of us, even going so far as to bring a vehicle to my home for me to test drive it. I definitely appreciated his sincerity and dedication to helping us find the right vehicle. If you’re looking for a new or used Nissan or find a used vehicle on the Lee Nissan lot, Caleb is definitely a great choice for a sales person. More

Went in and got an approval for a 2021 Nissan Sentra and it was expensive so I told them I could get financing through my bank if it couldnt be lower....do they got a lower interest rate and Monthly payment it was expensive so I told them I could get financing through my bank if it couldnt be lower....do they got a lower interest rate and Monthly payment for me so right before going back in to sign the papers I noticed the sales associate made a mistake on the miles of my trade in and when I corrected the mistake the sales associate said he had to submit new paperwork and wouldnt know till the following Monday.....20 min later he messaged me and said he had an approval for a 2020 Nissan Sentra SV for 600 a month and that was the best he could do!! Yes that's right they decided I could no longer have the car I test drove but took it up on themselves to do a hard inquiry and get an approval for a car I never asked for test drove or even seen completely illegal. It is also weird that their used cars are priced several thousand dollars over the new models of the same car More

service department is great ! , only issue i have is, as i waited to have my Nissan serviced this morning a gun toting coward was allowed to walk around the waiting room with a , only issue i have is, as i waited to have my Nissan serviced this morning a gun toting coward was allowed to walk around the waiting room with a gun on his hip with extra clips while he waited for his vehicle , he also had a child with him , nobody was comfortable with the coward with a gun and many rounds of ammo, Firearms should not be allowed on the premises , I'm sure non of the people waiting felt safe with him walking around , i will never go back to the dealership , i find it disturbing Lee Nissan let a Coward walk around packing a gun.!! More

At a time when many dealers are charging market surcharges on top of MSRP Lee Nissan of Topsham did smoothest transactions I’ve had at a dealership. At a time when many dealers are charging market surcharges on top of MSRP Lee Nissan of Topsham did not do that, and gave a discount from MSRP.
