My Review of Lee's Toyota:
I was in the market for a small SUV and the RAV 4 seemed like a good car. I searched a couple of different websites on dealerships and Lee's Toyota had the best website out there. It was easy to see details on the car as well as look at their inventory of vehicles. I called them and was able to speak with a sales person right away and set up an appointment. I went to the dealer and looked at the car and was offered a test drive. The sales person I dealt with was friendly, knowledgable and did not pressure me in any way. he made me feel very comfortable and confident that this was the place I want to do business. I discussed pricing and went home to discuss it with my wife. A week later I called him and said I wanted to buy the car. They gave me top dollar for my trade-in and great pricing on the RAV 4. I picked the car up the same day I traded my old car in and was on the road in my new car very quickly. They explained everything to me from the vehicle details to the financing and gave me options which I have never had before in any dealer. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new car. In fact, I already have shared this with friends and family. I am a tuff customer and Lee's Toyota made my purchase seamless and convenient.

My Review of Lee's Toyota:
The service personnel is not friendly. The mechanics are incompetent. I went in to change my gasket, they put in a defective one. I went in to get it replaced with a new one James was suppose to order and they told me I need a new muffler system that would cost 1300.00. If you like your car.. Do not leave it on the hands of those mechanics.

My Review of Lee's Toyota:
I hit a pothole on September 1, 2007 and took the car to Lee's Toyota for repair. It is now September 28, 2007 and Lee's says the car will not be ready until Tuesday, October 2 - maybe. This was supposed to be a 2-4 day job. Part of the problem has been the difficulty of obtaining parts, but Lee's has had all needed parts since Thursday, September 20 - more than a week ago, and the car is STILL not repaired.
My recommendation is (1) not to buy a hybrid since the manufacturer is not making sufficient parts to avoid this parts availability problem and (2) not to deal with Lee's Toyota. They have not provided the service they said they would. I am without a car for more than the 30 days that the insurance helps pay for a rental. No one at Lee's seems concerned. I have been in touch with Toyota's Customer Experience Center and they are unable to do much to help the situation.
