I had a 9 AM appointment but arrived at 8:10 AM. Charles greeted me and told me to drive into the check in area. After explaining the type of service I needed, he immediately told me not to worry about the SRS warning light I got on my Highlander. He explained in considerable detail why this warning would be displayed. I was surprised and impressed with the exceptional level of customer service.

Charles then offered me a discount coupon for my 35,000 mile service and told me the tech would quickly take care of this as I explained that I was taking some time off from work and needed to be at work within 2 hrs.

Interestingly enough as promised, Charles called me and explained that the tech did my multipoint inspection and found a bulb blown and replaced this without charging me for it along with my oil change and tire rotation. He then advised me what I needed to do to correct the remaining issue.

I was very impressed with his high level of customer service and was glad I took my SUV to Lee's Toyota for service. I will continue to go to Lee's Toyota in the future as the service managers there like James Devindra and Akim are great ambassadors of the car manufacturer of choice - "Toyota" and if you are in the Jamaica, NY area, then take a chance and go to Lee's Toyota. You will not regret it ! ! !

My experience was excellent with Mr. Anis Chowdhury. He is a great person to help the customers. But their ( Lees Toyota)Finance officer Mr. Abbas is a bad person. He doesn't explain everything to customers about financing. He tries to hide some option of loan but without explaining everything to the customer he approaches customer to signature in the paper. So when you guys dealing with Mr. Abbas ( Lee's finance officer) very careful about him. But I'm telling you guys again as a sales person Anis Chowdhury is great.

The sales person Steve Gansham was great and very professional at all times , friendly and helpfull and pretty much make the deal happens .. AFTER GOING TO SEVERAL AUTO DEALERS LOOKING FOR A FAMILY CAR AND NOT FINDING WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR OR NOT RECEIVING THE SERVICE I WANTED I WENT TO LEE'S WHERE I FELT MY BUSINESS WAS TOP PRIORITY. MY SALES REP MR. BILL O'LANSEN WALKED ME THROUGH SEVERAL POSSIBILITIES AND VARIATIONS OF CARS(SUV) THAT WOULD MAKE THE CAR I CHOOSE THE BEST FOR MY FAMILY. I ENDED UP CHOOSING A TAYOTA HIGHLANDER AND HIS RECOMMENDATIONS ARE ON POINT.

Just purchased my second car from Lee's. Previously, I leased from another dealer in Westbury, but Lee's is the best! I contacted Joel who sold me my first car in 2001 and told him I wanted to trade it in and purchase a 2013 Camry XLE. He said come in and lets talk. I did and was extremely pleased with his pricing. I honestly told him that I was looking at several different model cars and also went to several toyota dealerships prior to calling him. He was honest as usual and I had B. Olansen as my salesperson. I test drove the Rav 4 and test drove the camry several times at his dealership. He said take your time I want you to feel comfortable. Well I did. I bought a Camry 2013 XLE with remote starter and all the extras. I am soooo pleased with the Joel and Bill. God bless them both for being honest and kind. Well, after my purchased with all the bells and whistles I had to go back for a refresher course on the car. I was told if you have any other questions or want to go over the car again just call me and come in anytime. I feel so comfortable with them and thank Mr. Lee for having hired great salespeople. I have gone to many dealerships over the course of many years but I made a promise to myself that I will never go anywhere but to Lee's. thank you guys for being so knowledable about your cars and wonderful to talk and deal with.thank you Lee's Toyota

Mr. Olansen was an Exceptional/Outstanding Salesperson. He was well-versed in all the information of the car, was very patient and explained all the Controls and Buttons inside the car to me and even outside, e.g. on opening/closing doors with the Remote, and also the Trunk. He also took the Time to explain how the Sun-Roof works. He so efficiently installed the Lisc. Plates on the car in matter of seconds. He explained all the Paperwork to me. He was so kind to drive the car off the sidewalk to the road, and all the instructions and guidance he gave me were Excellent. Like, regarding the disposal of my old car; he said never give it to family, friend or a neighbor because, if they have any problem they will always be knocking on your door, instead sell it to the Garage that serviced your car. And he was right!. I left my old car at the Garage in the morning, picked up the new car in the afternoon, and by late afternoon, went to the Garage, where there were many Mechanics interested in my old car so the Garage offered me $1000. Cash, which I thought was a fair market value. My Thanks to Bill Olansen for his Excellent advice and service. I will highly recommend Lee's Toyota to all who may be interested in a Toyota, and send them to Bill Olansen. My sincere thanks to Bill Olansen for a job well done, as I was so nervous of all the Controls and he assured me not to worry, and I got ,home safely. This morning I drove my Husband to Manhattan to work, and i really enjoyed the car. Thank you, Celine Crotty

Excellent customer service and very courteous. The employee was very knowkedgeable about the product and gave me detailed informtion which convinced me to decide on my selection of the 2013 Rav4 Limited.

Super friendly sales team, they were always ready to answer any and all questions about various models. We dealt with Lavendra, he's very easy to work with and he was very patient with all of our questions and comments. He's 110% better than most other salesmen at other dealerships. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new car to visit Lee's Toyota.

Lee's Toyota had the best deal on the all new RAV4 out of all the dealership I went to. Everything was carefully explained and I was contacted once the vehicle was in. The process was quick and friendly. I would recommend the dealer.
