I went online to search for a dealership that could service my Murano. I chatted directly with Gina who scheduled an appointment for me within a hours time. Once I arrived I spoke with Vanessa and expl service my Murano. I chatted directly with Gina who scheduled an appointment for me within a hours time. Once I arrived I spoke with Vanessa and explained that I'd been to an outside mechanic who was basically ripping me off. Vanessa had the car fully checked and the mechanic gave me a break down of what I really needed above the oil change. My wait was not long at all. The treatment I felt was above and beyond what I expected, and I will be returning to this location moving forward. More
