My Review of Lehigh Valley Honda:
Our experience at LV Honda was more than fair and didn't feel like anyone was trying to pressure us or "work" a deal. Our salesperson was very upfront with us and answered all the questions we had about the vehicle as well as the purchase process. Doing research on-line ahead of time made the process go smoothly as a customer, too. I'm very happy with my purchase and will return here for service and future sales.

My Review of Lehigh Valley Honda:
We came away very pleased with the attitude and service, Although I wish that all dealers would just come up with their bottom line price at the beginning to relieve the stressful "negotiating" part of buying a car. The vehicles we saw were different manufactures but we did not have to leave the dealership grounds , they carry a large variety and inventory to choose from.

My Review of Lehigh Valley Honda:
Lehigh Valley Honda is a great dealership to work with. I recently bought The Honda Fit. I love the vehicle, but just wish I could have gotten a little more for my trade-in. Michael was a pleasure to work with- we have spoken twice in the past week- he simply wanted to see how I was enjoying the car and if I had any questions. I had some questions is regards to the three overlapping warrenties. I purchased the extended warrenty......but, at the time I was a little unclear of what I was already covered for on the two warrenties which come with the purchase of the car. I am clear on this now, and Michael was very helpful in answering my questions. Overall I feel Lehigh Valley Honda was a pleasure to do business with!

My Review of Lehigh Valley Honda:
I would also like to thank Sam and all of the Mechanical Staff for performing such a great job on all of my vehicles . You deserve a big pat on the back. As a tripeat customer nothing has changed and I look forward to it staying that way. Sam is always on the ball and just placed an order for a rim on the used Mazda three I purchase b/c it was bent from previous owner. I am certain the staff will do an outstanding job. Once again special thanks to Sam (my customer support dude) and all of the Honda Certified Mechanical staff. Way to go!

My Review of Lehigh Valley Honda:
I visited this dealership because of the excellent online reviews. Ron Warren was very informative about the features of the Honda Fit and couldn't have been more helpful. I will happily recommend him and Lehigh Valley Honda to friends who are looking to buy a new or used car.

My Review of Lehigh Valley Honda:
I purchased an 07 Honda CRV EX-L. Sales person was friendly but seemed new or inexperienced. Delivery of the car did not go well. Our sales person was with another customer when we arrived. It took over an hour and a half to take delivery of the car and all financing was pre-arranged. I felt as though we were very rushed through the signing of the paperwork. The sales person seemed slightly irritated when I spent a few minutes reviewing the bill of sale. Good thing I reviewed it because the numbers were wrong and had to be redone.

My Review of Lehigh Valley Honda:
We live an hour away and were leery about dealing with a dealership we knew nothing about. We were purchasing a vehicle for our daughter and safety was our number on priority. We were extremely critical in making a purchase decision because this vehicle would have to carry our precious cargo, our daughter. We were so lucky to get the best salesman we have ever dealt with, Mike Dutsch. He went out of his way to cover any and all concerns, and even after the sale followed up so see if the repair our vehicle needed went smoothly. He knows his stuff about vehicles and explained how everything operated in detail. He had the vehicle detailed twice to our liking. The price was great, the salesman was great!! Definitely ask for Mike Dutsch if you are looking for a used vehicle, you will be happy with the experience.....Don & Maria

Employee(s) Dealt With: Sam Azar

My Review of Lehigh Valley Honda:
Just before state inspection a warning light appeared on my dash - emissions problem. Sam (thief) said $1,151 for a new catalytic converter would solve the problem. 3 days later the light reappeared. I took the car to competent mechanic who identified the problem as something very common with the Odyssey, a clogged port on the manifold. He removed the manifold, cleared the port and the problem was corrected. For 18 months no warning lights and car was traded in. I'm convinced that Sam was perfectly aware of the common clogged port problem, but wanted to make two large sales and that I didn't need the catalytic converter. This was troubling to me as my family had purchased nearly nothing but Honda's, from this dealership, since 1987. We now have switched to Toyota and recommend that people avoid Lehigh Valley Honda.

Jeff

Thank you for taking the time to post this review. I hope that you received the email I sent you fully explaining in detail how we arrived at the diagnosis of your vehicle when it was in our shop. I regret that we were not able to discuss the matter 18 months ago when this all transpired. I also regret that you left feeling like we took advantage of you. I am confident that the diagnostic reports from our Honda diagnostic computer pertaining to your vehicle along with the Honda engineering bulletins explaining what each code means and how to fix it will give you the information necessary to understand our findings and subsequent recommendation. As I stated in my email, I would be happy to discuss the matter in greater detail over the phone or in person. We want all customers to have confidence in doing business with us. I apologize if something wasn't communicated to you properly. We take concerns of this nature very seriously. If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me at 610-967-6500. Sincerely - Andrew Wright, Vice President

Employee(s) Dealt With: Rick Mello

My Review of Lehigh Valley Honda:
It was time to get a new car, and since we had two privious Hondas it was an easy decision. As I was doing some prilimary scouting of cars, Civics and Accords, Rick came out and introduced himself. I made it clear that at this time I was just looking trying to find a car for my wife. Rick said he would be happy to assist me wanted to know our schedule when my wife and I could come to the dealership. I took his card and provided Rick with my name and telephone number. Rick asked about financing and I told him I was working with my Credit Union. Rick made several follow-up call to see when we could meet. Several days while still waiting for my financing, my wife and I stopped in to see Rick, my wife test drove the Civic and Rick answered her questions about the car. Once my financing was approved , we went in to see Rick, we did another test drive of the civic coupe, but decided to go with the sedan. Rick worked with us in settling on a price, and was please with the outcome. Rick called us when the car came in and we setup and appointment to pick up the car. Rick was very knowledgeable with the car's features. After signing all the paperwork, Rick took us out to the car, assisted in setting us the radio settings, attached the plate and registration sticker, and asked if we had any questions. He introduced us to his manager Jennifer Hilbert who came out of her office to thank us for the business. This was a nice touch, I felt like family. We are very pleased with the car and we thank Rick for his assistance. His customer service is an asset to the dealership.

Thanks

Ron and Betty Moore
