Employee(s) Dealt With: Steve Drovich

My Review of Lehigh Valley Honda:
My experience at Lehigh Valley Honda was nothing but positive. I was treated with respect, all questions answered, no high pressure and they gave me the best deal they could. I truly feel that being a "Honda owner" will be very special. Once meeting "my mechanic" and shown the service area, I'm reassured that my vehicle will receive the best care and I can expect having a reliable car for years to come. This is my first new car. After much research, I believe I've made the best decision buying the Fit and have a dealership to back that up. I honestly can't say enough about how pleased I am with my purchase. Thank you Lehigh Valley Honda!.....thank you Steve Drovich!

Employee(s) Dealt With: Richard Haddad

My Review of Lehigh Valley Honda:
My previous vehicle was a Saturn, had always received great customer service from Saturn and had every intention of buying another Saturn. Fortunate for Honda, this time I felt as if I was pressured at Saturn and decided to look for a different make vehicle. Friends recommended checking out Honda. I was greated and immediately explained I was only there to look, what my price range was, and what type of vehicle I was interested in (preferable 2 door, manual, sunroof). Richard showed us both the Civic and the Fit. Although the Fit had 4 doors, I was considering it because of the price. Purchasing a car was an unexpected expense. Richard, when going to retrieve the keys to the fit, explained there was a new civic he thought was under contract, but was not any longer, that I might be interested in. It met all my requirements and I took it for a test drive. Afterwards, I told him I was willing to work up some numbers. After agreeing on a price, I became an owner of a Honda - a decision I do not regret.

Everything which Saturn had done wrong, Richard did right. I did not feel pressured into buying a 'used' car, I did not feel pressure in regards to what I really could afford, I felt as if Richard listened and observed what I was interested in and took the desires by showing me a vehicle that I would like, still within our price range. What Saturn stood for 10 years ago, Honda has picked up, in regards to the selling techniques, and I am glad.

Almost a week later, 500 miles later, I love the vehicle and it truely meets my needs.

Just some other notes: I felt welcomed when arriving at the dealership and I liked that I was shown and explained the service department. I really appreciated the trade in explaination since we are hoping the next vehicles we purchase will be hybrids.

My Review of Lehigh Valley Honda:
We purchased a 2009 Accord in early February and asked the salesperson if there were or would be any special deals or incentives that he knew off. We were told nothing was in the wind and Honda sales were very good and he didn't expect anything. We were over to the dealership in March and noticed that they were giving an extended warrarnty on the new Accords. When we asked about getting the same warranty we were informed that we would have to pay for it because we purchased before the special went into effect. I told them my situation and was told that I purchased before the special and their was nothing they could do. I also e-mailed management and never received a reply. I feel something like this should have been retro-active for at least 60 days. I wasn't very happy with this experience. Pete Urban

Mr Urban:

I apologize if you felt you were misled in any way. You are correct that the extended warranty program commenced in March. Since you purchased your car a few weeks before the March 1 start date, you are not eligible as would be the case with any incentive program from us or the manufacturer. In the meantime, please know that you made a fantastic deal on the price you paid for your car and I hope that our sales team was able to meet your expectations from a product knowledge and professionalism standpoint. With that said, I hope you will reconsider your rating of our customer service and overall experience.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. I hope you are enjoying the Accord.

Sincerely - Andrew W Wright, Vice President, andy@vinart.com, 610-967-6500

My Review of Lehigh Valley Honda:
I've always wanted to own a Honda. For one reason or another I always bought something else. Last summer I finally purchased my first Honda! A brand new Fit. Not only do I love the car, but I don't mind going in for service. Everyone is more than friendly... and even with a toddler in tow... it's always a quick and painless experience! I definitely see more Hondas in my future. Thanks LV Honda! You guys are amazing!

My Review of Lehigh Valley Honda:
I was very happy with the service i received at the dealer. The entire transaction went very fast and smooth. They even let me leave with the car on Saturday and return with the title on my trade on Monday. The only thing that made me unhappy but had nothing to do with the purchase of the new car was jennifers low ball offer on the trade...again..nothing to do with buying the new car...just unloading the old one.

Hello Maxi

On behalf of everyone at Lehigh Valley Honda, I want to apologize for the way you feel you were treated by our Finance Manager. We are committed to an easy, customer friendly purchase experience. That is why we encourage our customers to write about their experience on Dealerrater for others to see. In this case, we dropped the ball during the finance process and for that I sincerely apologize. With that said, I am glad to see that you were happy with your salesperson Rich Haddad.

If there is anything I can do in the future, please do not hesitate to contact me. I hope you are enjoying your new Honda. Sincerely, Andrew Wright, Vice President, Lehigh Valley Honda, 610-967-6500, andy@vinart.com
