My Review of Lehigh Valley Hyundai:
While researching dealers prior to purchasing my 2010 Tucson, I had done my research through dealerrater to read opinions left by other consumers. As I live at the Jersey shore, I could have gone to a number of dealerships in New Jersey, however, none of them came even close in ratings to Lehigh Valley Hyundai. My drive to their dealership was more than well worth the trip. TJ was great when I went for my initial test drive. He went through all of the features of the vehicle and was very patient in answering any questions that I had on the test drive. When it came time to making an offer he was fair and listened to any concerns that I had. I picked up my car later in the week and he had everything ready for me when I arrived. The car looked beautiful and he was very thorough again in going through the paperwork and showing me around the service department. His contact with me did not end when I drove off the lot. He has followed up via email and phone to see how everything was going and to see if I had any questions.

Travis was great to deal with as well. He was extremely friendly and went well above and beyond when I had concerns with the timing of when I could pick up the vehicle. He kept me up to date throughout the whole process and was extremely professional.

I'd definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new Hyundai. Their customer service is great and they made my new car purchase something that was a joy to deal with. Thanks everyone!

My husband and I purchased a new Elantra this weekend and we had a wonderful buying experience at Lehigh Valley Hyundai. Our sales person, Aubrey Seiler, was great. He listened to our needs and preferences and found us the perfect car. We originally were looking for a used car but after seeing the price comparisons, and reviewing all of the pros and cons to that decision, we decided on a beautiful New Elantra. Aubrey was so knowledgeable and helpful, and treated us like family; showing us all around the dealership, introducing us to the service dept. and even offering us coffee!! He made everything so easy and seamless, from our first look in the car lot to driving away in our brand new immaculate Elantra....complete with a full tank of gas! Thank You Aubrey! And Thank You Lehigh Valley Hyundai! We will definitely recommend you to all of our family and friends!

My experience with lehigh valley Hyundai was incredible. Chris, my salesman was such a great guy with a super friendly attitude. He was extremley professional and very friendly. He never apllied any pressure on me to purchase my Hyundai Elantra. He Listened to my concerns and worked with me to close the deal. I would recommend this dealership to all my aquaintances and friends.. I was very impressed by all who were involved with my purchase.

There was no pressure and the sales person was very accommodating as far as our needs. We began our search for a used vehicle, and although we purchased a new vehicle, it was not because of sales pressure. We felt that the whole process was handled in a timely manor, even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon.

My Review of Lehigh Valley Hyundai:
I was in an accident over the holidays in which my 2005 Hyundai Sonata was totaled. That was a great car, so I went back to Vinart to look at new ones.
Jason Ernst was very helpful and professional in getting me set up in my new 2010 Sonata. He made the process very easy, explained all the features completely, and made my life a lot easier through the entire process.

My Review of Lehigh Valley Hyundai:
The sales people were very friendly. They were also extremely informative - giving us all kinds of information about the vehicles we were interested in - right down to the motor mounts ! There was a lot of follow up after the sale too, so obviously the dealership is concerned about their reputation. They also gave us the best price on the vehicle. We didn't have a trade-in, so I can't comment on that, but I would expect a fair deal from these guys there too.

mahmood was extremely friendly, personable, and made my first new car buying experience smooth and easy. He answered all questions and he and his staff were very professional during the buying process. I was also under a deadline with looking to purchase and they made sure I left with my car under those circumstances.

After much research and comparison on the Camry, Altima, and Sonata, I finally settled on the Sonata for the following reasons: dealership is near my home, Hyunda Warranty, ease of shopping and looking in the showroom without harrassment, easy, friendly atmosphere.

Based on my experience with sales and service, I am glad that I purchased my latest car (an Elantra Touring), as well as my last car(an Elantra), at Lehigh Valley Hyundai. Everyone I have come in contact with at this dealership has been courteous and professional. The sales showroom and the service department and waiting area are pleasant and well maintained. I have been pleased with the excellent work done by the service department. My car has always been taken on schedule, and they never mind going over any questions. Jason Ernst,who sold me the Touring, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He made the whole buying process run smoothly and efficiently, with no pressure. He had the car and all the paperwork completely ready for me,as promised, the day I bought the car. I would definitely recommend Lehigh Valley Hyundai to others.
