My Review of Lehigh Valley Hyundai:
Visited Lehigh Valley Honda and Hyundai primarily to look at Hondas. Looked at Hyundai Veloster and Sonata and bought the Veloster. We appreciated Ian and Aubrey combining to answer all questions. They were both friendly and, most importantly, were not pushy. Very nice gentlemen.

My Review of Lehigh Valley Hyundai:
Very personable salesman, enjoyed doing business with Ian and would definitely recommend him specifically.

Vehicle took a little while arriving, was pursuing specific color and trim but manufacturer took a few weeks to deliver.

Ian was excellent in keeping me updated with the situation and was clearly making every effort to help.

The dealership was very well presented, the only gripe I would have is the typical dealership up-sell (additional warranties, floor mats, etc..) that comes with the territory, however ultimately the sales team were not overbearing at all and once I had made a decision on something were accommodating without pressing the issue further which I appreciated.

I would recommend this dealership. Ask for Ian!

Went in for my first oil change. Was out in 10 minutes. Friendly, courteous service all around and waiting room was very clean. They asked how I liked my new Veloster and I told them I loved it. And I do. I will bring my car to this dealership always. Thank you!

Aubrey was such a great person to deal with at Lehigh Valley Hyundai! He is really relaxed and isn't so pushy like most car dealers. The best part was that he knew we weren't there to BS and he took care of us right away. The car buying process was a breeze because of him. And to top things off, I was the first person that got pulled over while test driving a car with him. HA. He's a cool dude and an excellent car salesman. I would recommend him to anyone.

My Review of Lehigh Valley Hyundai:
I came 5 minutes before 5pm but the door to parts was locked and I had to wait 5-10 minutes just for someone to go into parts and ask about what I need. Departments shouldn't close before closing time. Then I waited for 20 minutes as the parts were looked for and eventually found. It was very frustrating, especially since I had two previous phone conversations with service, and they knew I was coming in for those parts at some point. Also, the reason I only got the parts and not the service is because the estimated labor charge was astronomical. I was told it would cost me $30-40 to install a hood switch. I even offered $15 and was turned down. A hood switch is a small piece of rubber, that, once you pop the hood, you literally pull out the other piece of rubber and put the new one in. It took me 7 seconds. Unless the labor rate is $18,000 per hour, the estimated labor was an insult at best and a crime at worst. Someone should be ashamed. There's making a profit and then there's greed and deceit. I do not want to be taken advantage of and I should not have to be on site for 40 total minutes to get 2 parts.
