My Review of Lehigh Valley Hyundai:
Based on my experience with sales and service, I am glad that I purchased my latest car (an Elantra Touring), as well as my last car(an Elantra), at Lehigh Valley Hyundai. Everyone I have come in contact with at this dealership has been courteous and professional. The sales showroom and the service department and waiting area are pleasant and well maintained. I have been pleased with the excellent work done by the service department. My car has always been taken on schedule, and they never mind going over any questions. Jason Ernst,who sold me the Touring, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He made the whole buying process run smoothly and efficiently, with no pressure. He had the car and all the paperwork completely ready for me,as promised, the day I bought the car. I would definitely recommend Lehigh Valley Hyundai to others.

My Review of Lehigh Valley Hyundai:
I had previously owned an Elantra and loved it. Unfortunately I got into an accident and the car ended up being totaled. I wanted another Elantra, but was very specific about what I wanted in my new car. Jason was eager to get my new car the way I wanted it. He made it happen overnight. He was great to work with and has such a wonderful personality. He knew what I wanted and didn't try to steer me away. He got us a great deal and I am very very happy with my new car!!

My Review of Lehigh Valley Hyundai:
Recently our neighbor purchased their second Hyundia Sonata and we rode in it several times. We were impressed by the 100,000/10 year warranty and the interior space. This was the car we decided to buy when we were in the market for one. Zaheer greeted us very courteously, explained the car and all its features, the warranty, rebate, service department, and the price of the car. He did not pressure us in any way to purchase the Sonata. We made our decision to buy and he completed all the paperwork. We were then introduced to Steve Imhaff to explain the financing that was available to us. He also explained about extending the bumper to bumper warranty, which we took. Also no pressure to buy any of the options available. We purchased the car and so far are very happy with its performance.

We would recommend this dealership and especially Zaheer to anyone.

My experience was very positive. Andy Wright personally extended his helpfulness, and Sales Reps Mahmood & Zaheer (father & son) were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Steve handled the paperwork quickly, accurately and efficiently.

What was most impressive is that all of them, repeatedly and sincerely, extended their willingness to be helpful in the event their assistance was required at any time in the future with the vehicle purchased, with the service dept., or with any other car-related issue. They left me with a secure feeling that they would be responsive even after the sale. This is a very valuable characteristic of a good dealership.

My Review of Lehigh Valley Hyundai:
The sales staff was extremely friendly and flexible. My daughter & I did not get to the showroom until after 5 when closing time was at 6 pm.It was the only time we could make and we were not rushed.The level of sales pressure was just right espcially since I had stated that I didn't like to buy cars, and didn't want to haggle or I'd go back to a Saturn. And also because it was 2 women buying a car and i was alittle leery going at it without a man. Aubrey was a great help there.
We had already done our research, shopped around, and were ready to go. We knew our price range and Aubrey and Steve worked to keep us there.
The paper work the next morning was complete when we arrived and the car was ready 15 minutes before the promised time and we were off to a wedding on time. thanks for making buying a car a not so painful experience --- even my husband joined us for the easiest part (drinking coffee and driving off the lot with my very happy daughter). We feel very comfortable with her in the car. It is safe and just right for her. We lost our son in an accident 2 years ago and I have been very tentative about letting her drive anywhere -- I think now I can breathe alittle. Thanks.

Mahmood Datoo was very kind to me and my family. What I liked most about him was that he was not a pushy salesman. He let the car sell itself but gave me need to know facts hyundai. I trusted him completely and my parents are planning to buy a new car from him within the next few months.

These guys are great, they would do anything to help you out. They are the lowest priced dealer around and the customer service is wonderful. I had a small issue with my new car after the initial purchase and they went above and beyond to help me out.

I was in the market for a new vehicle to take advantage of the government "cash for clunkers" program. In my weeklong search I had visited several local dealerships and found the staff at Lehigh Valley Hyundai to be the most friendly, helpful and professional sales reps of all the dealerships that I visited. They approached me with enthusiasm to sell me a car, without seeming to be too aggressive. I got a great deal on my new Hyundai Elentra and I will most likely use their services in the future.

Zaheer was friendly and informative throughout the entire sale. He made sure we felt comfortable with our purchase and answered all of our questions. He tooks us over to the service desk before leaving so we would know the people we would be dealing with for any service calls. He also helped my wife and I sync up our phones to the blue tooth device in the car. Zaheer was the best salesmen I have had the please of dealing with in a long time. I will definitley recommend Lehigh Valley Hyundai and Zaheer personally to any of my family or friends who are looking to purchase a new car.
