I DO NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. I purchased a vehicle from them 3 weeks ago and am already having problems with the check engine light coming on. They pretty much laughed when I asked them to g a vehicle from them 3 weeks ago and am already having problems with the check engine light coming on. They pretty much laughed when I asked them to get the car in immediately to look at and said I would have to wait 3 days. WHAT?!? They were extremely rude when I explained that I should not have to drive a car around for 3 days before having it looked at when it has been less than a month I have had the vehicle. Their response,"We have more customers than just you to worry about". Never again will I deal with this so called business and I will tell everyone I can the terrible service I have received from them. More

I found the truck I ended up buying online at your website on a Thursday night and was very interested in finding out more about it. I contacted Lenz on Friday morning and was answered by Jay Smith. He was a pleasure to talk to and answered all the questions I had concerning the truck. He also physically drove the truck, looked it all over and even sent me pictures of the one deep scratch that was on the truck. Coming almost 2,000 miles from Washington state I was nervous to be buying a truck sight unseen. When I got to Lenz auto group the truck was everything I was hoping it would be. Their were no surprises and everything was as described Jay handled all the paperwork fast and efficiently and I was on my way to a 34 hour trip back to Washington.
