While I was waiting, I spoke with John Stetz in sales, and he was also helpful in investigating my service contract. It was such a contrast with the service I received on June 7, for the same problem. The tech rode with me and experienced my car problem and said he never saw anything like it and was going to research and get back to me. I never heard from anyone and found out that service appointment was not even recorded. However, everyone at Lester Glenn has always been courteous and helpful, and I would highly recommend them.
