Everyone we dealt with from Adam, our salesman, Joe ~GM, Glen ~SM and Nick, finance manager --all were pleasant, informed, communicative and fully invested in making a sale that was mutually beneficial. Most impressive to me, their respectful ways in speaking about competitors and discounts. Most people do not understand that what is said about another person and/or business is more of a reflection on the person speaking...not of whom is being spoken about. Car was hesitating while accelerating Could not find anything wrong with car and paid $170. to have parts cleaned under the hood. Car continued to hesitate so I took it to Aamco and we ha Could not find anything wrong with car and paid $170. to have parts cleaned under the hood. Car continued to hesitate so I took it to Aamco and we had a trans flush which solved the problem. My husband revisited the service dept and spoke with the manager, who only replied, "we are not perfect". This is my daughter's car who is a student with a part time job who actually paid $170. for nothing. We tried to get the money back to no avail. Shame on you, Lester Glenn. More

Great Day At Lester Glenn 3 years ago we leased an Equinox from Lester Glenn. Now we needed a new vehicle. We shopped and shopped and shopped and found nothing that matched our 3 years ago we leased an Equinox from Lester Glenn. Now we needed a new vehicle. We shopped and shopped and shopped and found nothing that matched our requirements. We returned to Lester Glenn and spoke with Bill Caffyn again. Just like last time, Bill listened and showed us a new Equinox. Although it would have filled our needs Bill sensed he could do better for us.Bill suggested a Traverse. It was "PERFECT". It met and exceeded our requirements and expectations in all areas. New, size, comfort, equipment and of course price. Bill being the pro he is, sensed the Equinox wasn't exactly what we were looking for. The Traverse is. I was foolish shopping at other dealerships. In 39 months we'll be back at Lester Glenn to speak with Bill and let him make us another great deal. Bill, Nick, Jennifer and the entire Lester Glenn gang should be commended. More
