I do not recommend this dealership to anyone who wants good prices, honesty or good service. Today they lied to me and said they can't change a jeep's oil at a Chevy dealership so that I'd have to go to the jeep dealership. I called the jeep dealership and they said they were booked when John had just told me that I could go there and get in "right away." I went and told John this and then all of a sudden Chevy could do oil changes on jeeps. Due to all the issues I've had with the car, we were promised a tank full of gas, both of my headlights replaced and lunch on them. Josh, who promised us both of these things on the phone won't even look at us as I sit here and write this review. Got the gas, never got "lunch on them" and I only got one headlight fixed, not both of them. They claim they fix things, they make empty promises, they don't fully inspect cars before selling them and they have unbelievably RUDE people working here. I was told I could get my car fixed where I live (2 hours away) and that hasn't been the case. I've had to drive two hours 4 times to get things fixed. Within the first week of having the car my headlight broke and so did my antenna. Brought it back, got it "fixed" went home and the light turned BRIGHT PINK! Had to come back again after I drove the two hours there and the two hours back. Please avoid this dealership. I don't want anyone to have to go through the headaches I went through. More

Great Service! I was in your dealership in March. I had been in an accident and thinking my current vehicle would be totaled, I came to you guys to discuss options, I was in your dealership in March. I had been in an accident and thinking my current vehicle would be totaled, I came to you guys to discuss options, without knowing what outcome I would have with my vehicle pending what my insurance company would say. I met with Bill Caffryn, and had explained the situation. He understood that a transaction would depend on what would happen with my current vehicle so I was not in a place to buy a vehicle that day. He didn't brush me off knowing that. He still took time to talk with me and listen to what I would be interested in, provided I would be in the position to need a new car. Within a few days, I did find out that my car was being repaired. Bill was understanding and didn't pressure me to purchase a new car since I didn't have to. When I did get my car back after being repaired, I was still interested in possibly upgrading to something newer after seeing a few options in March. I contacted Bill once again, and he reached out to me quickly. We made an appointment to followup and I ended up leaving with a new vehicle. I got a great deal on a new car, great deal on my trade and got everything I wanted. Everyone was very friendly, and more than willing to do anything they could. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. More
