My sales associate Brandon was so personable and knowledgable that he made the car buying process a dream. I was introduced to all the managers Joe Arioso, Josh Zacher, and Joe Horsefield and I felt as if I had known them for years because they made me feel so welcomed. Being a female purchasing a truck alone always made me nervous but after yesterday I will never go anywhere else except Lester Glenn. I cannot thank this amazing group enough!!! I then contacted Brandon Torres at Lester Glenn Chevy in Toms River, and he was able to find me an amazing deal. He did everything in his power to make sure I left the dealership satisfied and in a new car, and he most definitely accomplished that. He was extremely friendly, and am absolute pleasure to work with. While I waited I looked around and wanted to satisfy my curiosity and find out how much a new one would be. Nick was very helpful and patient in finding me a car with all of the options I needed for a price I could afford. By the time I was done I was pleasantly surprised by the price and was completely convinced that this was the way to go. I canceled the service on my 2009 and Nick helped get me into a new 2014 Chevy Traverse. After the deal was done, Nick got me to the person who would handle the financial part of the deal. Dan Bennett was just as nice and helpful as nick. He got all my paperwork read for me, and went over it thoroughly to make sure I understood everything, but not stuck sitting in an office for hours blind by paperwork. My experience with Lester Glenn dealerships has always been wonderful. I have owned mulitple cars from both their Hyundia and Chevy dealership, and this is why I keep coming back. Fast attentive service from friendly employees who are always willing do do what they can to get you what you need. More

for sales Mike Stockhausen was great. Answered every question I had and even gave me other options to consider. He made the whole process stress free (no pressure). He even bought us lunch, which is unheard of at any dealer I have visited. The only problem I have was the way they installed the plastic liner to the truck. The mechanic broken off one screw on the tail gate and cross threaded another. It was something they know they did, its a new truck what can I say. But Mike said it will be taken care of, I'm just waiting to hear about my plates and have it taken care of at that time. All in all I would go back and deal with the Lester Glenn team most gladly, keep up the great work you make car buying fun. More
