I currently owned a 2009 Chevy Traverse and were out looking for options for a new car. We figured we would see what was available at Chevy since I loved my existing car. After speaking with Michael and looking at the 2014 Chevy Traverse I got excited and thought I may just consider the same car. He knew we were under a time crunch that day so he worked magic and came up with the right numbers and we bought the car. They were nice enough to let us use the car for the weekend and come back in on Monday to finish the paperwork. Monday morning I worked with Nick on the paperwork and review of the car. Last minute I decided to get the cross bars put on and Nick was able to get me into Service to have them done. He was with me the entire morning. I joked with him that I felt back that I took up alot of his time but it didn't bother him. I had many questions and he answered them all. I would definitely recommend this dealership and point my friends in the direction of Michael and Nick. Great customer service and a feeling of trust which is what you need when purchasing a car. I went into the a few dealerships this during the week and always felt a bit overwhelmed by the atmosphere until I went to this dealership. In the world of slick car dealers , it was nice to work with somebody who I felt was a genuine person not just looking for a sale but who also really there to help me . I wish the deal was there ...through no fault of his...he was in that finance room often...because I WANTED to buy a car from him. I think he is an asset to your company. I'm a single mom and most dealers make you feel like a lamb going to slaughter because they try to take advantage of you so its an asset to a company to have a salesman that makjes you feel comfortable and safe . I told him , though I didn't buy the car, the next time I wanted a car I'd go to Lester Glen first not because I like that dealership persay but because I like him as a salesman and would like to buy from him . After having dealt with a Dodge dealer for the last 17 years, I made an appointment to look at the Chevy Equinox. I called there about four times during the week to ask questions. The nite before i got a call from Josh Zacher, one of the managers. I was shocked to hear a car dealership call me to ask me if I had any other questions. My wife and I went there at 845 in the morning. We were greeted by Sal who went with us on a test drive. I was also greeted by Josh again and my wife and I now own a 2014 Chevy Equinox. I have never been to a dealership where you are as comfortable and relaxed as my wife an I felt. Paul Baron the finance person was also great. Went to Lester Glenn Chevrolet and met Mike and right away he was very friendly and easy to talk to guy. A fellow New Yorker right off the bat Mike my wife and I had lots to talk about. He helped us get a great deal and we will definitely be back to lease more vehicles in the future. He was very patient with showing me all the bells and whistles which was over whelming since I was driving a '93 Lincoln and moving into a 2014 SUV.
