Usually it was the same shared story, someone in either sales or service covered up or lied experiences at various other dealerships in the NJ area. The sales team at Lester Glenn restored my hope in there being at least one good dealership to visit in the state of NJ. Mike was knowledgeable, patient, and easy to get along with during the whole process, and the management / financing staff worked hard at making all of the numbers come together close to my budget.
