My daughter leased a new cruze in may, her first new car, on 10/29/12 super storm sandy consumed her new car. I immediately called Sal Licastri he offered her a loaner right over the phone. We went to see Sal and with the help of Joe Horsfield and Bobby Arnold they placed her in a 2013 cruze and she was even able to choose her color and at close to the same rate she was paying for her 2012. this transaction was accomplished only on our word that her car was totaled, as of 11/17/12 our insurance company still has not finalized her claim. Iam amazed at the trust they bestowed upon us, what other car dealer/bussiness would do this? We are very grateful to the Lester Glenn organization and I would like to personally thank Sal Licastri, Joe Horsfield and Bobby Arnold. Ron Molnar More

From the minute I walked onto the lot from the day I drove away with my new vehicle I was impressed. Every other dealership in Ocean County has nothing on Lester Glenn Auto Group. I was appointed a sales associate, Adam Chiappano, in a timely manner and Adam helped me find exactly what I wanted. I walked onto the lot expecting to spend a lot and drive away with just a little. Adam educated me on what was available and how many options I had to choose from. He was very personable, friendly, and helped me on his day off in order for me to get some extra paperwork. What I found most important of all was he was only a phone call away. I was given the respect a customer deserves and some. I was not treated by how big my wallet was, which every other dealership does. I know how to play hardball and I did not even have to put my guard up with the guys at Lester Glenn Hyundai/Chevrolet on rt 37 in Toms River. Very comfortable experience and I forsee my next vehicle coming from that location in the future, as well as my families. Too bad you guys don't sell BMW!! Chad helped me one day while Adam was with another client, as I had showed up unexpectedly. He did a fantastic job with his approach and is very friendly. More
We stopped in at Lester Glenn Chevrolet shopping for a car to lease. We met Devin and he worked with us on a lease for a 2013 Malibu. Being an hour away from the dealership, most people thought I was crazy when there are other Chevrolet dealerships closer to me. I had initially gone to a dealer closer to me, and was forced to walk a thought I was crazy when there are other Chevrolet dealerships closer to me. I had initially gone to a dealer closer to me, and was forced to walk away when I was being given a bunch of lines about how "you're not going to get a better deal than this". That's when I made the decision to travel the extra distance to look at a car. The service that I got from everyone I was involved with at Lester Glenn was the reason that I was willing to go out of my way to purchase a car. I had called and spoken with Joe Horsfield, whom I had previously met when my wife purchased a car last year. When I explained that I'd be coming from an hour away, Joe took the time to look into exactly what I was looking for. Joe understood my budget, and was able to get me into the car that I wanted and for a better deal than I could have ever expected. When I was able to get down to the dealership, Joe had the keys lined up for three different cars, and told Devin to get the one that he thought best fit my description and my needs. Devin took me for a test drive, and when I got back and knew that this was it, we went inside and made a deal in little to no time. Joe and Bobby both worked to get me the best deal possible. I couldn't be happier with my car and the service that I received from all three of them. The professionalism from everyone at the dealership has me more than willing to continue to do business with Lester Glenn. I'd rather drive a little further to get the best service possible, and that's what I got from Joe, Devin, and Bobby. More
